Ellen's POV

Recap

"Okay Ellen you should go home and get some rest. Remember, the table read is a week from today at the same place. Don't be late" Shonda says

"I won't. Thank you Shonda and Debbie have a good week" I say and then walk out of Prospect Studios with a huge smile on my face remembering that Patrick got the role of playing my love interest on National Television

I get into my car and drive the 15 minute distance from the studio to my house. I open the door and my smile immediately fades when I see what is going on in my living room....

I blink a couple times just to make sure that I am seeing things right. Yes I am. I am seeing my husband sleeping with another woman.

"What the hell is going on here?!" I scream in a very angry tone on the verge of tears

"Oh Ellen honey let me explain you see-" Chris says before I cut him off

"No Chris don't even talk to me. You don't get to. Get out of my house and bring your little mistress with you!" I scream again and now the tears are now streaming out of my eyes.

I run upstarts to my bedroom, slam the bedroom door, and collapse on my bed. Was I not good enough for him? I don't know but I am actually kind of relieved. Now I don't have to feel guilty for having secret feelings for Patrick. I text Chris one last time

To Chris from Ellen

My lawyer will be sending you divorce papers to your old house. I hope I never see you again goodbye Chris

Now everything is lifted off my chest. I have a whole week to myself before the table read. I have a whole week before I see Patrick again

Patrick's POV

Today's the day. Today's the day that I will become a free man. I already contacted my lawyer to give the papers to Jill as I will be staying in a hotel until I can find my own place to stay.

I have nothing to do all week so I decide to look over my lines for the entire season. It's a good idea for me to do this because I want to memorize them all so we don't have to stop in the middle of scenes because of my Dyslexia. I haven't told anyone except Jill. I really hope that this opportunity of being on this tv show will help me make more friends....
