Ingredients
•3 cups white chocolate chips or baking morsels
•1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
blue food coloring
•1/2 cup cinnamon jelly beans or red hotsDirections
1) Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top. Heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted, stirring well after each interval.
2) Stir in vanilla. Add a little bit of food coloring at a time until you reach desired color.
3) Pour in red hots and mix well. Sprinkle a few more red hots on surface of fudge. Do not mix those in.
4) Pour into a 9x7" or 8x8" dish lined with wax paper. Smooth with a spatula until you have an even layer. Place in fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
5) Turn out (upside-down) onto a cutting board. Cut a thin layer off the four ends to give you a clean edge. Now cut the fudge into 2x3" rectangles. Turn the pieces over.
