To make the doughnuts
1) Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
2) Spray the doughnut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
3) In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4) In a second bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Slowly add the liquid to the flour mixture and keep mixing until just combined.
5) Pour the mixture into a gallon plastic bag or piping bag. Snip a corner of the bag and pipe into the doughnut pan until 2/3 full.
6) Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through. Let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes and turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the Oreo milk
7) Pour milk over Oreos and infuse 20 minutes. Then strain.
To make the chocolate glaze
8) In a bowl, whisk together the butter, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Add in Oreo milk 1 tablespoon at a time, just until the glaze is pourable.
To make the Oreo milk glaze
9) Whisk together the Oreo milk with vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. This glaze should be slightly thicker than the chocolate glaze.
10) Once the doughnuts are cool, dip into chocolate glaze. Place on a wire rack and refrigerate until glaze has hardened.
11) Pour the Oreo milk glaze over the doughnuts and garnish with crushed Oreos.
