Harry's point of view:
Tuesday, January 6, 7:24 AM
As soon I woke up this morning, I remembered what I heard last night. There I was walking down the hallway to Liam's room. I wanted to make sure he was feeling okay. And as I got closer to the door. Sophia was shouting at him. She was accusing him for leaving her. Then Liam, who finally got his senses together, told her about the days she would mysteriously disappear. Baffled Sophia continued to argue about how selfish Liam was being. I felt like I was intruding. But then Liam told her that he knew everything. He yelled at Sophia for cheating on him! Why didn't tell me the fighting was happening?
When I finished showering and getting dressed I exited my room. My green eyes scanned the hallway (as I put it). Suddenly, I came across the girl Liam was conversing to yesterday. Why were these girls appearing all of the sudden? If Zayn was here, he would go mental, given me a lengthy lecture than the one before and a punch.
She had her hair pulled up in a ponytail and was wearing a black coat. She was dragging her blue luggage. Her black eyes spotted and exclaimed, "Oh-oh!"
She started to sprint down to the open elevator and pressed the button to close the elevator.
"Wait!" I yelled as I sprinted down the hallway.
My arms intervened the closing doors and I smiled widely at my own triumph.
"All right, Alex?" I spoke smoothly.
"Huh? What?" She responded as she met my eyes.
"I just noticed that you have an American accent!" I excitedly said.
"Surprise," Alex said sarcastically.
"Bad night...you seem tired yourself."
"Yes and no... I had an early meeting today and I’m ready to go.” She glanced at me. “No offense back there. I was just trying to get out of here as soon as possible, to leave no trace behind."
"Oh, none. I know how you feel... running from people. So how was the concert yesterday?" I asked.
"It was good! The lighting and sound was magnificent!" Then she laughed and pulled out her canon.
She pressed the camera's button, bringing it to life. I went to where she was--the other end of the elevator. She pointed at one picture with the singer doing a weird trick on his electric guitar. Alex was weird but seemed to have good taste. Her posture jumped a little. She laughed again when she glanced up at me.
"You seemed to really like them," I inferred.
"That's the reason I came to study a semester in London," she responded as the elevator doors opened.
"That's good. Do you recommend me to go to a Muse concert?" I asked and grinned. I knew she was going to say but I wanted to see how a girl fangirled over someone else other than One Direction. Or me.
"You will not regret it! You're not so bad. Sorry about earlier." She beamed and waved back at me.
Both of our bodies slowly paced out the elevator. Alex's hands fumbled with the hotel's keys as she reached the lobby. I looked back at the elevator and then at the checkout but the petite brunette had already vanished into the London streets. I was delighted to uplift her morning.
By the time I was wide awake I was starting the engine to my white Ford Capri.
"Good Morning Tuesday! This next song is by Arctic Monkeys!" said one of the radio host and a song began to play. It was upbeat and superb. "...What'd You Only Call Me When You're High?..."*
