Your POV
THUMP! THUMP! THUMP! My heart was beating louder than a bass drum. Images of him grabbing my hands filled the candle-lit room. "Is he a god?" I whispered as I stared into the candlelight. "Y/N." A deep voice filled the room, breaking all my innocent thoughts. "Y-Yes?" I turned around to see my father's silhouette in the doorway. "Where have you been? It's nearly the next day." A gust of wind blew my hair from my astray. "I-I went for a walk," I mumbled as my father walked towards me. "A walk? At this hour?" His eyes narrowed looking at my trembling figure. "Y-Yes, father." He heaved a sigh. "Y/N, you know that you're my only daughter. It would break me if I lost you." He pulled me into a tight hug. My head was buried into the center of his Victorian robe. "I understand," I replied as he released his arms from me. "It's almost midnight." His voice softened. He pointed at the full moon. "I see." I adjusted sleeves on my nightgown. "Goodnight, father." I pulled him into a quick hug.

"I see someone has finally arisen from her slumber." My father spoke as I walked into the dining area. "Good morning, muffin!" He chirped as he set a plate of English muffins in front of me. "Thank you," I replied right before I took a bite. "I have some very peculiar news." My father said after he took a sip of usual morning beverage: black coffee. "Is that so?" I replied looking at him with curiosity. "A business magnate wants to have a meeting with us around noon." He set his "World Greatest Dad" mug on the table beside me. "Go get ready. Make sure you wear something delightful." He chirped as he left the area in haste.

The clock struck noon. A man, who looked like a rich servant, offered us a ride to the meeting. Instead of refusing, my father accepted his quick offer. The ride wasn't as long as I expected. The car stopped with a pulse. The driver opened the door for my father and me. The building we stood in front of was huge. The driver leads us inside the skyscraper. "They're in here." He opened a set of double doors for us to enter. The room was not as big as I imagined. "Have a seat." A deep, but gentle voice filled our awkward silence. We sat in the two chairs across from two men. The younger one looked familiar. "It's nice for you to come, Mr. Holmes. I see you brought your daughter along." His glare fell upon me. "Yes, thanks for inviting us." My father chirped. He's such a jolly old man. "I'm Mr. Han, the official chairman of this establishment." He adjusted his brightly-colored tie. "This young fellow here is my son, Jumin Han." Jumin's eyes met with mine. His eyes widened, and so did mine. 'It's him!!' "Y/N, do you know this fellow?" My father asked to break our tension. "I ran into someone who shared the same appearance as him." My voice trailed off before the situation became more awkward.

After discussing business issues, our meeting was over. "Y/N, we're going to be rich!!" My father clapped his hands with cheer. "Congratulations on your accomplishment, father!" I chirped. "Thank you so much, muffin!" He pulled me into another hug. Breaking our father, daughter moment, Jumin came to greet us. "I see you have a wonderful bond with your father, Y/N." He pulled a half grin. "Y-Yes, it truly is wonderful!" I smiled to hide my embarrassment. "Mr. Holmes," Jumin began as he looked up to my father. "I congratulate you on your success." He held his hand out my father to shake. "Would you like to be a member of C&R International Company?" My father's jaw dropped. He always wanted to be a businessman. "I would love to!" He shook Jumin's hand with glee. "My father would like to give you a tour of the whole office." My father nodded and ran back inside the skyscraper to meet the chairman.

"So your name is, Y/N? Am I correct?" Jumin asked staring into my eyes with his. "Y-Yes it is." A warm smile rolled across his lips. "What a beautiful name." He adjusted his tie clip. "Since your father will be apart of this company, we are going to see each other more often. You must get used to me." Jumin's voice wasn't so nice anymore. "O-Okay." I stuttered at his sudden change in mood. "Mr. Han!" I female voice called out. A woman with short brown hair ran to greet Jumin. "What is it now, Assistant Kang?" Jumin asked in annoyance. "The chairman of Samsung Electronics wants to schedule a meeting with you." Jumin let out a frustrated sigh. "I see. Tell him that I'll be able to contact him later." His assistant nodded. She caught me in the corner of her eye. She turned to see my confused face. "Oh. Hello there! I'm Jaehee Kang, Mr. Han's assistant. I must get going." She scurried back inside. "You must get going as well," Jumin said looking in my direction. "Your father won't be back no sooner." I nodded. "It was nice being apart of your company." I politely curtseyed. "It was nice seeing you again." Jumin winked before he vanished into his office's doors.
