Jumin's POV
It was Victoria's first day of school. "Come on, V! You need to eat breakfast before school." Rudy yelled at the bottom of the stairs. "I look stupid." Victoria replied from the top of the stairs. "I bet you look like a diamond. Now, come downstairs." I said. Victoria slowly made her way down the stairs. Her cheeks were tinted pink. "I look terrible, don't I?" She asked as she avoided my eye contact. "You look like an actual girl." Rudy said out of astonishment. "What is that supposed to mean?" Victoria glared at her brother. "You always prefer to wear boy-like clothing. The dress you're wearing now actually suits you." Rudy explained.

"Is that you, V?!" Vincent asked as he made his way to the kitchen. "You look adorable." He gave his sister a little wink. "Mom," Victoria said as she took a bite of her pancake. "I want my hair cut." Victoria's hair is pretty long for her age. A ponytail won't differentiate between her actual length. "Why? Don't you like the braid I put your hair in?" Y/N said. "I don't hate it. It's just that my hair is too long."

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

"I personally agree," I said. "You can just trim the ends, but don't cut it all off." Y/N nodded. "I'll do my best to cut it in the way you want. I've always been called the haircut master." My wife let out a giggle. I personally disagree. She cut Vincent's hair the other day, and he looked like a Kpop singer. Vincent loved the haircut because it attracted so many high school girls.

After dropping off the kids, I was free from the hellhole called work. I wanted to take advantage of this opportunity because the kids are taking our attention away from each other. "Kitten," I purred into my wife's ear. "It's been a while since we had alone time." I kissed her cartilage. "I miss having you all to myself." I purred.

Our moment was interrupted by a knock. "Shit," I mumbled to myself. I buttoned the unbutton buttons of my dress shirt. I cross the marble floor to the wooden door. I opened to see Jihyun at the door. "Jihyun?! I wasn't expecting to see you today." I said as I let him in. "Today was also my off day, so I came to see how you and the wife are doing." Footsteps came into the room. "Hey V! I haven't seen you since our wedding." Y/N said as she greeted my childhood friend. "I'm sorry for being absent all those years. I was busy -" I finished his sentence. "Like usual." He nodded in agreement. "I came here to give you your wedding portraits. I forgot to give it to you before you two left for your honeymoon."

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

When it comes to work taking up our time, Jihyun and I are the first ones to take on the stack. Growing up, we always had to make time for each other. We lived in the same neighborhood, but becoming close friends wasn't as easy as it seems.

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

Jihyun handed us two huge portraits from our wedding. "I wonder where you are going to put these." He mentioned. "We'll find a place," I said bluntly. An inaudible chuckle escaped V's lips. "You're Jumin, you'll find a way."

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

"WE'RE HOME!!" The voices of my children filled the house. "Did you guys walk here again?" Y/N asked as she walked over to the three. "Yes, ma'am." They replied in unison. My only daughter, Victoria, ran towards and hugged my leg. "Hey, Princess!" I greeted her. "Hi!" She replied. The same inaudible chuckle from before crept down my spine. "I didn't expect you to become a father." Jihyun said as he looked at Victoria. The twins crossed the room to greet their father. "Hey boys, how was school?" I asked them. "It was pretty much the same as usual." Vincent said as he let out a sigh. "Agreed." Rudy added. "V, how was school for you?" The twins asked as they looked at their little sister. "It was so boring." She sighed. "I know everything they teach me. I want a challenge." The girl said as she headed upstairs. "Where are you going?" I asked. "Going to get ready for a game of badminton." She replied.

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

"It's a bet." Rudy sighed as she rolled up his sleeves. "What bet?" I asked the two. "Before school, we made a bet on who will have the least struggle in school." Vincent said as he ran his fingers through his messy hair. "V won. I was in second place. Now we have to play badminton with her." Rudy finished. "Are you ready?!" Victoria squealed as she ran towards the boys with rackets in her hands. "Yeah, sure." Vincent replied as he retrieves the racket from his sister's grasp.

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

"Jumin, you should watch your kids' game of badminton. It may be fun to watch." Jihyun said as he followed the three outside. "I would but I have pap-" I began, but I was interrupted by my wife. "Just put it off for a few minutes. We should both watch the kids." I let out a sigh and made my way outside. Y/N was trailing behind. We grabbed a seat next to Jihyun on the patio.

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

The sun was shining brighter than usual. Luckily, we were under the umbrella to block away from the sun. "Whose team am I on? The number of players is odd." Rudy said as he helped his brother pull out the soccer goal. "We should buy the kids a net for badminton." Y/N whispered. I nodded as I kept my eyes fixed on my little girl. Her hair was in a ponytail; she looked so sporty compared to her usual look. "Since we both lost the bet, Rudy should be with me." Vincent said as she stood on the opposite side of the goal. "Fine." Victoria scoffed. "I'm going to win anyway." Vincent rolled his eyes and served the birdie. The hit from Victoria went to the opposing side with full force.

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

I sat in shock as I watch my only daughter hit all those birdies by herself. "She's good," I said. Jihyun and my wife nodded in unison. "You should put her on a sports team. She may make the cut." My childhood friend said as his eyes were fixed on the game. "That's a good idea." Y/N replied and his eyes made contact with mine as she waited for a reply. "What is she'll get hurt?" I asked as the thought of Victoria in the hospital for a broken arm invaded my brain. "She's a tough girl, Jumin." Jihyun said as his turquoise eyes made contact with mine. "I just met her today, but anyone can see how strong she is."

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

"Haha! We won!!" Vincent and Rudy shouted as they hi-five each other. "I-I lost?!" Victoria stood there. Her eyes were covered by her bangs. "V, are you okay?" Rudy asked as he looked at his sister. "I'm fine." A small smile crept along her lips. "You guys are great together! Awesome teamwork!" Victoria said as she held her hands out for the boys to shake. "Hah! Thanks!" Vincent said as he shook her left. Rudy shook the opposite.

✧ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✦✧✦ ▬▭▬ ▬▭▬ ✧

"She is like a stone wall. It'll take someone with full force to knock her down." Jihyun said. "Most kids would break if they lost, but she is different. She has the identities of you both." Another inaudible chuckle escaped his lips. Jihyun's statements left both of us in awe. "We should put her on a sports team." I whispered to Y/N. "Agreed." She replied.
