In case you're wondering what Ally's aunt looks like, here's a picture.

Hmm. Think hiking stuff. His voice echoes in my head. I shuffle through the clothes I've hung up in this elegant wardrobe of this beautiful hotel room.

Sundress? No.

Cocktail Dress? Definitely Not!

Bikini? What the hell are you thinking Ally?

Someone tell me why haven't I packed myself a pair of shorts? Ughh, I am just so bad at this packing stuff. I always forget something. Most times, its my toothbrush. But I'd prefer a missing toothbrush over a missing pair of shorts. Well, seems like I'll have to put on the same pair of jeans that I wore the day we arrived here.

I walk back to my circular bed and plop down to open my bag. I left my jeans in here because I didn't think I'd need it but seems like I do. When I unzip the bag, a pleasant surprise greets me!

My brand new black denim shorts!

I swear I've never been this happy by the sight of just a pair of regular denim shorts! I very happily pick them out of the bag and hug them close to my chest with a wide smile on my face.

"Did Nathan gift those?" Aunt's voice interrupts my cozy moment with my shorts, making me realize how utterly stupid I must have looked.

"Huh?" I ask, trying to decode her question. "NO!" I almost shout, miserably trying to hide my blush.

"Ok. So, what's the plan for today?" She walks towards me and sits down on the bed, looking around at the room.

"I don't know. I mean, I don't have any plans." I throw my shorts back into the bag and shut the cover.

"Oh, I thought Nathan would have arranged something for you both and that's way he's so keen on sending us away. I'm sorry." She says with a sad face, leaving me with a gazillion questions.

"Wait, where are you guys going?" I ask with a bit of shock in my voice. Sending us away? Like where? Back home?

"I don't know as well. Only Alex does and guess what? He won't tell me! How exciting!" Aunt rolls her eyes, making me laugh. Also, relieving me of a huge stress.

"I know. Very exciting. But hey, you look great today. I'm so glad you didn't bring your vintage 'queen' gowns here, or I'd honestly be like..ughhh" I roll my eyes and she starts laughing.

"I was planning on bringing those along but I thought maybe I should try something new. I was kind of terrified, but I guess it did turn out good, didn't it?'' Aww, she's so sweet.

"Of course it did!" I take her into a side hug and she hugs me back.

"Are you ready?" Uncle's voice comes from the main room, signaling she's expected somewhere.

"That's my cue. I should.."

"Yes you should." I complete, trying to tell her that its fine! She is not being rude by leaving me alone.

"Goodbye hun" She pecks my cheek and I smile in return. With our 'enjoy-s' and 'have fun-s' exchanged, the pair finally leaves for their own little adventure.

Couple goals, I tell you.

Back to my boring life, I walk inside the room, directly into the shower and after cleaning myself from all the dirt I may have got into last night at the club, I sit in front of my vanity to curl my hair at the ends.

As I stare at my reflection, I see a totally different girl. One who's not stressed, who's not worried about what's gonna happen next. One who's living in the moment and enjoying it. But only he can make me feel like this, make me find myself again.
