Sara's point of view:

i let out a sigh as i arrived at the knight's bank such a waste i said taking off my helmet as i climbed off my motorcycle.

hello beautiful i said happily starring at the security system piece of cake i muttered easily hacking into the system yay i said as the front doors unlocked ha i don't need a partner i thought entering the bank.

why is this to easy i thought to myself using my night goggles and i made my way to the ruby it's so pretty i whispered i easily used a mini heat laser to cut open the top of the case happily grabbing the ruby oh wow it's so much bigger than i thought holding the ruby in my hands i'm afraid that don't belong to you sweetheart said a voice making me jump to see a tall guy who was very strong looking followed by a slightly smaller guy but he too had  musses i couldn't help but to feel like i meet this man before.

sorry fellas i got here first i won far and square i said placing the ruby in my bag yeah that's not how that works with us hand over the ruby said the man heatwave control yourself said the other man i'm captain cold this is heatwave your new around here aren't you asked captain cold how can you tell i asked well we've never really ran into any competition said heatwave making me smile maybe it's because your scary looking i said making captain cold chuckle that could be it as well but you seem to have a natural ability this something you did before coming to central city asked captain cold

what is this tell and share sorry boys this isn't kindergarten i said girl's got sass i like that said heatwave making me smirk well i'd say i like you to but that would be a lie and i don't know you so i got to jet boys i said as i began to run to the front again not so fast sweetheart said captain cold shooting his gun making me gasp as suddenly my feet where frozen to the floor what the hell i said letting out a sharp breath like it it's something i stole heatwave stole his gun to his fire if your wondering said captain cold walking up to me now if you would please hand me the ruby said captain cold oh i don't know i won this i said i let out a grunt as heatwave hit me in the head with his gun sorry princess that'll scar but we don't play by the rules said heatwave ripping the ruby out of my hand.

i'm sure will see you around that's if you don't get caught by the cops see you around said heatwave wait what's your name asked captain cold the black knight i said giving myself a new code name captain cold raised his eyebrow clever i like it see you around knight said captain cold following his partner.

i let out another gasp well they don't have those guns in star city i mumbled starting to shiver damn this is cold i thought before pulling my knit out of the sleeve of my jumpsuit i bent down the best i could starting to stab at my feet slowly breaking the ice come on faster i muttered to myself i couldn't get caught not on my first job back i let out a gasp as i heard cop sirens coming closer to the bank bloody hell i said stabbing the ice faster come on break break dang it i shouted letting out a scream as i accidentally stabbed myself in the right leg that'll scar oh well i thought still stabbing the ice oh thank god i said happily as i got both my feet free i need to get one of those guns for myself i thought as i took a vent out of the bank i made my way to the roof and smiled as i saw another building right across the way from each other.

i might not make it i thought before rolling my eyes who cares i thought backing my way to the door and letting out a deep breath who cares if i die who cares if i don't i thought i knew i was starting to get very reckless but i didn't care and i knew that down the line this was going to be a very big problem.

one,two, three i thought running as fast as i possibly could i launched myself off the roof and was basically free falling i let out a gasp as i grabbed the other buildings roof i pretty much made it but i landed a little short and struggled to pull myself onto the other roof i let out a shaky breath before climbing onto the building but in the progress i manged to loose my locket that nikki had given me for our 12th birthday it had a picture of us in it the good times i thought before shaking my head those days where long over i thought.

got to get home i thought limping now my leg was still bleeding but lucky for me this suite was very thick so the police would not be finding any blood on the roof thankfully because it would be a laughing joke if i ruined my first job as a criminal here not to mention it would ruin my record back home in star city i was not going to loose my record besides nikki was out of the picture i could become such a better criminal a better thief than i ever could with her at my side she was the human side of me i guess you could say and without her here i had nothing to loose so what was the point in being careful little did i know i was about to find something that would give me that purpose once again but the question was.

Was i willing to hand myself over again to a partnership could i handle the pain again?
