"I wish I could say the same to you." I shrugged as I sat next to dad. Mom was in the back.
"Do you think that a kid should be using the Iron Man suit, Mr. Hammer?" Stern looked at Justin Hammer. Hammer looked at me. A grin grew on his face.
"Don't look at me like that." I muttered. Hammer stood up.
"I don't think so, Senate." He shook his head. I shot up in my seat.
"If you guys doubt that I can control the suit, you're wrong. I helped my dad fix quiet a few suits. He's taught me how to use them. I've mastered the damn suit." I took off my sunglasses and put them on the table. "I don't think I'm incapable of handling the suits."
"You are just like your father. Except you look amazingly better." Hammer grinned.
"You did not just fucking do that." Dad stood up next to me. "She's my daughter!"
"I am well aware of that, Anthony." Hammer nodded. "I was just complementing her."
"Go with your mom." Dad told me.
"No. I'm not leaving and letting you fight them by yourself. You'll make it worst." I shook my head.
"I'd like to call Colonel James Rhodes from the weapons department." Stern announced. My dad's friend, Rhody, walked up next to me.
"Hey, Danielle." He smiled.
"Its good to see ya, Rhody." I smiled in reply.
"Colonel? Do you think Ms. Stark has the ability to be in an Iron. Man suit?" Stern asked.
"Yes, sir. I've personally seen her fly and control them. She has as much talent as her father." Rhody replied.
"She's underage!" Hammer yelled.
"Technically, I'm eighteen. My birthday was yesterday." I put a hand on my hip. "I do believe that makes me at age." The people behind me started talking.
"Enough. Sit." Stern ordered by pounding the hammer thing on the table.
"I'm not a dog." I crossed my arms.
"Sit down, Ms. Stark." Stern glared at me. I slowly sat down and glared back at him. I turned to mom. She and dad were quietly whispering to each other.
"Behave, Danielle." She whispered.
"I'm trying but I'm not gonna let him push me-"
"Mr. and Ms. Stark!?" Stern yelled.
"Yes ma'am?" Dad answered. I turned to him and crossed my arms, laughing at dad's remark.
"I've had enough of your ass, Mr. Stark. Get out of my face. Both of you." Stern rubbed his eyes. I stood up.
"Believe me, I don't want to look at..." I suggested to Stern. "Whatever that is."
"Fuck you, Danielle." Stern flicked me off.
"Right back at you." I flicked him off with both of my hands. I put my sunglasses back on and walked out of the building with mom and dad.
"Danielle Jaclyn! You need to not be like your father!" Mom scolded.
"Sorry mom. I take after him in personality and attitude." I shrugged and laughed.
"Unfortunately." Mom sighed. We got into a limo waiting for us and drove back to the Tower.
"That's my girl!" Dad high fived me. I smiled. "You did good."
"Uh. No she didn't! Tony! Don't encourage her to act like you!" Mom yelled.
