"Anthony Edward Stark. I'm going to kill you." Mom walked into the room.

"I love you too, honey." Dad chuckled.

"This is why I didn't take your last name when we got married. You're irresponsible!" Mom yelled.

"Don't yell at him, mom. It was my fault mostly. My big ass mouth was talking." I sighed.

"Danielle! You know that your father is a bad influence!" Mom yelled at me.

"Don't yell at me!" I squealed.

"Mrs. Potts? I only need you here to keep your kids under control." Fury emphasized on kids. Mom nodded. "Get back to work." His grumpy ass left the room. I sat back on the table by dad.

"Hey baby." Dad started to hug mom but she pushed him away.

"I'm not talking to you, Tony." Mom turned away from him.

"Come on! Why not?" Dad asked.

"Because you have the mind of a one year old!" Mom replied.

"Haha." I pointed to dad and laughed.

"You have no room what so ever to laugh, Danielle Jaclyn. You act like a five year old." Mom crossed her arms.

"Ha ha." I still laughed and pointed to dad. "I'm four years older than you." Dad stuck his tongue out. "Mmlllmmmlmll." I stuck my tongue out at him.

"See what I mean!" Mom shook her head.

"I'm sorry." I mumbled. Dad didn't say anything. I elbowed his ribcage.

"Owww! Sorry." Dad rubbed mom's hand.

"I love you momma." I made a baby face.

"I love you." Mom rolled her eyes and hugged me.

"I love you, honey." Dad tried the same.

"Me. You. Down the hall. Now." Mom walked out the door.

"Ooooooohh!! You in trouble!" I laughed at dad.

"Yeah yeah. Shut up." Dad muttered before walking out the door. Austin looked upset.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He nodded for me to follow him. Austin walked out of the room. "Okay then." I followed him out to the hall.

"You're not helping at all with the fact that our dads hate each other. You're adding to it." He brushed a hand through his hair.

"I'm sorry. But our dad's are going at each other's throats-" He interrupted me.

"That's not what I meant. We need to take things seriously, Danielle. We have to. This is our job-" I interrupted him.

"No, Austin. This is not my job. I'm not ready to help the world or whatever. Our parents were a good ten years older than we are now when they came together to defend Earth. We're only teens. You may want this at your age but I don't. I don't want this at eighteen years old, Austin." I whispered the last sentence.

"Danielle. I don't think we should date." He sighed.

"Whatever." I pushed pass him and went out to the deck. We were on the water. I had been on the carrier before so I knew my way around. I crossed my arms and looked out over the ocean. My eyes were watering. No, Danielle. I told myself. I was not going to cry over him.

"Danielle?" Natasha stood in the doorway that I had come out of. We were actually close friends.

"Hey." I smiled.

"You okay?" She asked.

"Yeah." I nodded.

"Come on back in. Fury wants to talk with everyone." She faintly smiled. I sniffled and walked in with her. I sat by Dad on the table. Mom was probably running around the carrier. I didn't bother looking at Austin, who was looking at me.

"Are you okay, Danielle?" Dad asked.

"Yeah. I'm perfectly fine." I giggled. "Where's mom?"

"She should be down the hall." Dad replied.

"I'll be back." I got up and walked towards the door.

"Where do you think you're going?" Fury asked.

"To my mom." I turned to him. "And if you don't like it, tuff shit." I walked down the hall. Sure enough, mom was on the phone with someone. I waited until she was done.

"What's wrong, Danielle?" Mom asked.

"I want to go home, mom. I want to go back to the Tower." My voice cracked.

"What? Why?" She asked.

"I'm just done." I shook my head. She pulled me in her arms. I put my face in the crook of her neck. "I'm so done."

"I'll see what I can do. Your room is down the hall. It has your name on it." She kissed my forehead. I walked down the hall, looking for my room. I opened the door. It was kind of like a smaller replica of my bedroom back at the Tower. I sat on the bed and closed my eyes. I had the lights dimmed and my radio on low. My knees were slightly bent. I laid my head back and stared at the ceiling. "Danielle? Come back to the lab for a minute. We all need to reach an agreement." Mom knocked on the door.

"Okay." I walked with mom to the lab. I leaned against one of the walls.

"I don't appreciate your attitude, Danielle." Fury sighed.

"I don't appreciate being here." I sarcastically smiled.

"What's your problem with trying to help those in need?" He asked, clearly angry.

"Fury. Its not that I had a problem with trying to help people. I'm only nineteen. I'm not ready for this. Everyone's different. Some people start at young ages like their teenage years. Some wait until they're older. That's how I am. I love helping people. I just don't like doing whatever. And you take us somewhere for one day then you move us the next. That gets people pissed. I'm not naming any names but I'm one of those people. And I love having fun. That's me. It's not because I'm Tony Stark's daughter. It's because I'm being me. I joke around sometimes during serious situations because I don't want to be in that situation. Now if you'll please excuse me, I'll be back in a few years when I'm ready to be an Avenger." I turned and started to walk out the door.

"See. That's your problem. You're all about you, never anyone else." Fury muttered. I was gripping the door frame.

"I don't remember the last time I went off on somebody. I'd really like to keep it that way. So please keep all comments to yourself." I turned to Fury. "Mom? I'm going home." She nodded. I walked back out to the boarding dock. I rode in our private jet all the way back to the Tower. I sat on a couch in the jet. Happy was on his phone across from me.

"Here." He handed me my phone and IPod.

"Thanks, Happy." I sat them under my legs. They were bent at an angle. I was leaning against the corner with my head in my hand. I had changed into night shorts and a tank top.

"That bad? Bad enough you won't listen to music?" Happy asked.

"You know me too well, Happy." I giggled. "Yeah." I sighed. "Well. Austin broke up with me because apparently I'm too much to handle or some stupid shit. Then Fury gets something up his ass and jumps all over my case. I went off and told him I was my own person. I'm me. I don't want to be an Avenger at my age. Everybody's so fucking judgmental."

"Fury always has something up his ass." Happy chuckled.

"You're awesome, Happy." I laughed. We talked a little until I fell asleep.
