Crazy Love

Chapter 1

First day of senior year, I was so excited I thought my heart was going to burst. My outfit consisted of high waisted blue shorts and a white crop top covered in small pink flowers, I had on my best pair of white converse and my long dark brown hair was pulled up in a perfect messy bun.

As I walked towards my car I noticed a moving van parked in front of Josh's house.

"Shit," I muttered under my breath. I completely forgot that Josh was moving back this year.

I wasn't going to let him ruin my perfect mood though. I slung my backpack over my right shoulder. Deep breaths, I reminded myself, you are going to see all of your friends. Well, the ones that stayed anyways.

I think I might stop at Starbucks, I took one more look at Josh's house and put the car in gear.

After I got my tall green tea I was off to Farmington high school. Butterflies were going crazy in my stomach and I thought I might throw up.

As I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed a boy my age with dark hair and brilliant blue eyes staring at me. I ignored him, put on my Gucci sunglasses and started the walk into the high school.

My mother is 6'0" and my father is 6'5" so naturally I had to be tall too. I was already 5'8" and I wasn't done growing yet, but this boy was still taller than me. He wasn't lanky though, I could tell he was fit by the way his muscles stretched the fabric of his t-shirt.

I walked up to the front door and was just about to open it when I heard a deep voice behind me, "here let me get that for you" I turned around and what would you know, it was the boy from the parking lot.

"Thanks!" I said flashing my braceless, newly whitened teeth.

He smiled back.

I walked into the school and took a deep breath, so far so good I thought.

"He was cute."

I spun around surprised at the sudden voice that came from behind me.

"Oh my god! Beth is that you! You look amazing I haven't seen you all summer!" I yelled, giving my best friend a big bear hug.

"Look at me? Look at you! You look fantastic, so that's where you were all summer" she said with a sly smile on her face.

"Well what can I say? I missed you we need to catch up, how about you and I go out for coffee after school?"

"Sounds great!" Said Beth

After we chatted for a while I learned that over the summer she got into a very serious relationship with Noah Hugh, the captain of the varsity football team.

We checked our schedules and found out we had second, fourth, fifth period and lunch together. We chatted for a little more before Noah came up and said hi to us.

"Mel you look different! Did you dye your hair?" He said with a mischievous look in his eye.

"Haha very funny" I said sarcastically.

Brrriiiinnnnnggg

"There's the first bell" said Noah "I better get going" he said. To my surprise he turned to Beth and started kissing her very urgently. I stood there quite awkwardly as he pushed her up against the wall, I could see their tongues slide into each others mouths. I cleared my throat and mumbled a goodbye. As I was walking away I could still hear them moaning in the background.

Hormones.

I continued on to my locker and looked around, taking in the scenes. Best friends reuniting, boyfriends and girlfriends holding hands. This is so weird I thought to myself. Now that I was a senior I wasn't going to let myself get distant again.

It was then and there that I made a vow to let loose this year, and just have a crazy time.

"Holy shit."

That voice sounded eerily familiar.

I turned around, and who, to my great displeasure, do I see?
