Two months and twenty four dates later, Brady and I were going steady. We loved to watch movies together, ice skate, explore, and hike. At first people were shocked, many boys were disappointed and angry that it wasn't them.

I had seen Josh around the hallways but hadn't paid much attention to him, usually Brady was by my side anyways. Besides, Josh had a girlfriend of his own...

Jenny Parker, a cake face if I ever saw one, she had slept with almost every guy in the grade and was officially named the school slut.... Yeah good choice Josh.

Whatever, I was happy Brady made me feel special. All those hours spent squished onto one movie chair, kissing, laughing, and sharing secrets made me feel alive, I was finally able to break out of my fat girl shell and be the person I really wanted to be.

I had finally gotten a job, at the local Lifetime where I had my membership. I figured that since I was going to be a competitor one day I might as well get to know the facility and see how it is operated.

Turns out that Brady is the type of guy to surprise me at work with a green tea or cookies. He would show up almost every day, with goodies, to visit and see how my day was going. Is it safe to say that he is absolutely perfect?

After I got off work I drove over to Brady's house to hang out, his parents were out tonight at a conference so we had the run of the house. As soon as I walked in the door he picked me up in a big bear hug and kissed me, after he broke out of his shy stage he wasn't afraid to randomly kiss me or even tell me that I was wrong. He carried me downstairs, ignoring my squeals of protest. We spun onto the couch and continued kissing.

It was hot, Brady was an amazing kisser. His hands trailed to my upper thighs and I couldn't help but let out a small moan of pleasure, I could feel him smile. Before I knew what was happening both of our shirts were off, I stopped for a second to admire his perfect abs while he stopped to admire mine.

"Wow" he breathed.

I couldn't help but laugh at that.

We continued kissing and laughing for ten more minutes before we stopped and went upstairs, shirts forgotten on the couch.

"We're making brownies" he announced.

"Oh really?" I chuckled, he was really something.

"Yes, you get the ingredients and I will preset the oven."

"Yes sir" I said saluting him.

After all of the batter was made and the brownies were in the oven we started cleanup. As I was putting the eggs in the fridge I felt something puffy hit my bare back.

"Hey!" I whipped around and there was Brady whistling as he hadn't seen what happened.

"You're going to wish you hadn't done that" I said with a sneaky smile on my face.

I grabbed the sugar bag and threw it at him, he ducked behind the table and popped back up with a surprised look on his face, suddenly it turned to a look of determination. He grabbed the flour bag and started walking towards me.

"Brady what are you doing? You don't want to do that." I said backing up slowly. "Brady!"

I turned and sprinted, I looked back to see that he was in close pursuit. I ran downstairs and jumped the last few stairs.

"HELP! I'M BEING ATTACKED!" I ran right into the corner and looked around. Great, I was trapped. The only thing to do was to reason with him.

"I know we have had our differences but we can set them aside, we can learn to live together, I promise I can change" I fake pleaded.

He was getting closer and closer, finally he let out a battle cry and leaped.

He jumped on top of me and dumped the whole bag on me.

"You're not getting away with this" I growled and jumped on his back, Flour flying everywhere.

He fell to the ground and we both collapsed laughing, he turned to me and kissed me lightly on the lips, leaving me wanting more.

"You should go shower off" he said looking me up and down.

"Come with me" I whined.

"Fine" we walked hand in hand to the basement shower and walked right in with our underwear on.

When we got out we grabbed the brownies and both had one giant gooey piece.

"These are so good" I groaned, he nodded in agreement.

By the time we were done cleaning everything up it was 8:30.

"I better get going." I said sadly.

He frowned, but nodded and walked me out to my car. As always he opened the door for me and kissed me goodbye.

"I'll see you tomorrow" he said winking.

Tomorrow was Friday, and the last game of the season against our biggest rivals, the Chanhassen Storm.

"Ok I can't wait to see you score some touchdowns," not bothering to hide the look of excitement that was surfacing.

We kissed good bye, and I headed back home. Out of all of our dates and time spent together, this was by far the best.
