I know what it's like.
I know how it feels to drop to the floor of the shower while silently crying out for help.
Hoping and wishing that I would get into a car accident on the way home,
that feeling is too familiar to me.
It's all too familiar.
How uncomfortable a pillow drenched in tears is to lay on.
Not being able to breathe and nearly passing out during a panic attack.
I know what it's like.
Everything that comes with sadness.
The demons.
The hopelessness.
The pain.
The suffering.
The panic attacks.
The confusion.
I know it
and I know it all.
I've been there before babygirl.
And I understand.
You
Are
Not
Alone.
