Words: 1246
(Just For Now also fits in a place in the chapter. I'll give you a heads up if you want. But my overall choice is Love Is Everything)

I woke up to a finger trailing along my face. My nose scrunched, and my eyes opened to see Landon on his knees, poking my nose. I laughed.

"Good morning to you, bugger." I grabbed him and pulled him into my lap, Landon screaming all the way. Lauren came rushing in.

"What on earth?!"

"Just woke up. I didn't do a thing."

Lauren sighed and walked over to my side of the bed. I wrapped an arm around the waist as she hugged me.

"At least you're awake. Merry Christmas, Scott."

"Merry Christmas, Laur."

She smiled at me, and then made a move towards Landon.

"Alright kiddo," she picked him up, grunting at the weight, "time to go!"

"Bye bye!" Landon waved to me, and I laughed, waving back to him. Once he left the room, I finally checked my phone. About 37 'Merry Christmas' texts; I only responded to 6. I had hit 1 million followers on Instagram overnight, and that's pretty epic. I quickly sent out a Merry Christmas tweet, and brought my phone to the bathroom to get ready. I was nervous and excited; today was a special day.

This was the first Christmas I'd spend with Mitchy.

It was 5pm. Gravy was boiling, 5 different dishes were crammed into the oven, and I was decorating cookies with the girls.

"So, Scott? You haven't uttered a word about the fact that you invited Mitch over this year." Lindsay inquired.

"Seriously? It's the same Mitch you've known, we're just official now." I picked up the green frosting.

"It may be the same Mitch, but it's a different setting, "Connie stirred the gravy and turned to me, "there's no need to be nervous, Scott!"

"Im not nervous!" My phone buzzed. I sighed, putting down the frosting and wiping my hands, quickly grabbing the phone and walking into the living room.

"Hey, Scotty."

"Mitchy," I breathed happily, "are you, are you on your way?"

"Yeah, we're on your street."

"Then why'd you call?"

"I don't know... to give you a heads up, I guess." He laughed. I smiled at the sound.

"Okay, well my head is up. I'll see you in 5?"

"More like 2. Bye." He replied happily.

"Bye..." He hung up, and left me with a dopey smile. I took a moment to compose myself, then ran back into the kitchen.

"Mitch is on his way?" Lauren smirked.

Just as I was about to answer, the doorbell rang.

Fuck. I'm not dressed.

"Mom, can you get that?" I yelled, already halfway up the stairs. I ran into my room, straight to my closet.

Thank you Lauren for picking out my outfit.
