The Switch was working in more places, causing more havoc everywhere he went. He was attacking more people in more places then before. Graham hadn't shown up at the precinct in two weeks. He had stopped coming in once Emma knew his secret identity. She told David of Graham's plans and who he really was, and all the officers were on high alert. Emma had been put under surveillance while she was working. All the officers made sure that she was never alone without crushing her with their presence. She was grateful for the protection. But, with more attacks and more people dying, Regina, Victor and Killian knew that they had to bring Graham in and turn him over to the authorities. Victor had been working on a serum that would take away Graham's powers. All they needed to do was get it in his bloodstream.

With the constant feeling of being watched, Emma was getting sick and tired of all the people watching her and trying to protect her. She was sick of always being in sight of people. Tired of Killian always hovering over her. She loved spending time with him, but not when he was always on her back, wanting to protect her. She felt more like a rich girl needing a bodyguard then a girlfriend.

Regina, Victor, Killian, and her were in the rec room of the building, just for a distraction of the day's events. It had been a very busy past couple of days. Emma was working on a murder-suicide case, Killian was trying to find Graham, Regina was working on upgrading the technology they used in the entire building, and Victor was trying to create the serum to take away Graham's powers. It felt good for all of them to just kick back and relax for once. Emma looked over at Killian who was massaging his temples. She got up from the couch and moved behind him and swatted his hands away to do it herself.

"I have an idea to catch The Switch," she said, catching everyone's attention. Killian turned his head to look at her over his shoulder. "What if I play bait?"

Regina and Killian jumped off the couch. "Absolutely not!" They both yelled in unison.

"They're right. It's too dangerous," Victor agreed.

"The only way you are going to get him out of the shadows is if I go out there. Simple. I go out, get his attention, then you guys catch him and give him the cure," Emma quickly explained.

"And how do you suggest we get in contact with him?"

Emma smirked, "leave that to me."

Emma walked up and down the dock. She looked up at the top of a nearby building to see Killian. Victor stood behind a dumpster while Regina stayed at the lab. They all had an earpiece in their ears so they could communicate with each other. Emma grabbed her phone and pressed Graham's phone number. It rang a few times, and then he answered.

"Emma Swan, what can I do for you today?" He asked mockingly.

"Graham," she sobbed, hopefully grabbing his attention. She let a few tears roll down her cheeks. "Killian, h-he broke up with me. He said that I was cheating on him." She could hear Killian's laugh all the way from the top of the building and she fought to keep a smile from her face. "You were doing me a favor all those weeks ago. Come show me what a real man is like."

Graham moaned through the phone. "Where are you?"

"At the docks."

"I'll be there in ten minutes. Don't go anywhere."

"Trust me, I won't." She hung up and looked up at Killian, then to Victor. She gave them both a nod then went over to the bench and sat down to wait.

Exactly ten minutes later, there was fast footfalls walking to the dock. It took everything in her to not look up. She had forced herself to cry for the past few minutes in order to make it look convincing. He put his hand on her shoulder and she jumped then turned around. When she saw it was Graham, she leaped up and wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Are you okay?" He asked, pulling away and looking into her eyes.

"No," she whispered. Graham wiped her tears away from her cheeks and she leaned her head in his hand. "What's wrong with me? Why would he think I was cheating on him?"

"I'd never think that, Emma," Graham said with a small smile. "I trust you. You'd think that a superhero like him would just know the truth. But, I have a feeling that I know you better already then he ever could."

Emma nodded and hugged him again. She looked over in Victor's direction and found him on his way over to where they stood. She looked up and Killian was making his way down the building. "I hope so." She cupped the back of his neck and brought her lips closer to hers. "Kiss me, Graham. Show me what I've been missing. Please."

"Emma, I may cause chaos but I promise I won't hurt you. And I would never take advantage of you."

"Such a gentleman," she whispered. "But I don't want a gentleman."

He pulled their bodies closer together until they were flush against each other. "Oh, Emma, you have no idea how long I've been waiting for this."

"I bet." She looked up into his eyes and smiled. "Kiss me." He nodded and pressed his lips to hers. Victor lunged towards them and stuck the needle into Graham's arm. He pulled away and fell to the ground on the knees. Emma wiped her mouth with the back of her hand.

"You tricked me!" He grunted in pain.

"Shut up!" Killian yelled. He picked Graham up off the ground and pulled his arms behind his back. "You are going to jail for a long time, mate." Graham growled at the men as he was pulled away.
