Boromir

By Aragorn, King of Gondor

A brave warrior
And though he was doubted
By many of us
I knew his heart.

To him, the strong defender of Gondor
Nothing mattered as much as
His people
Our people
Whom he held
Close to his heart.

When he tried to take the Ring,
His mind cleared
As he begged for forgiveness
And I saw his heart.

I tried to save him
That brave warrior of Gondor
"Protect my people," He said.
He died after telling me of his heart.

I ran to protect him,
But he was struck by
Three arrows
Straight into his heart.
