Lucy
As I walk down on the streets of Magnolia after school and cross the street, a person comes behind me.
I didn't had anything suspicious towards her so I just kept walking.
After a couple of minutes of turning streets and blocks, she kept following me.
She had short green hair with a headband of two crosses on her head and wore a black, fluffy scarf with a long brown coat and boots.
I don't blame her since winter is coming.
I turn around a couple of times but her speed towards me was moving even faster.
I was getting ready to turn the other block that leads to my street until I bump into someone.
"Oh, I'm sorry." I said, looking up at the person.
He smirks and looks at me up and down.
"Hey, you're beautiful. Brandish, aren't you attracted to her? She kind of resembles Dimaria." The guy said, looking from me to the girl behind me.
I'm guessing she's Brandish.
"Enough with the games, Ajeel. I was about to do the spell until you came."
"Eileen sent me to help you, Brandish. Now, hurry it up or else I'll bite that juicy red blood of hers." The guy named Ajeel licks his lips hungrily and my heart beats in fear.
"What are you guys doing? What do you want from me?" I asked, panicking a little.
"Oh, Lord Zeref wants you captured. You'll be a hostage until one of the brothers come to rescue you."
"Brothers? What are you saying? What are you planning on doing with Natsu and Gray?"
"They murdered Lisanna and I want revenge. Lisanna was our key into finding out their plan but I guess they were smart enough to actually kill her–is the spell ready, Brandish? People could be watching." Ajeel said, impatient.
"Let me concentrate!"
"No. I'm not having this at all. I'm not going with you guys!" I said, walking past Ajeel only to get grabbed by the arm.
"You're not going anywhere, alright? You don't want to anger me 'cause I can drain every single drop of blood in your body. I'm faster and much stronger than you. Do not test me."
"I would rather die trying to save myself." I said, spitting on his face and sprinting off.
Suddenly, he runs in front of me, stopping me from my tracks.
"You're not running off! Do you understand?" His eyes glow brown and I grit my teeth.
The necklace that Natsu gave me must have something to do with vampires compelling you.
The necklace prevents from vampires compelling me and doing what I was told to do.
"I'm not gonna listen to you! So leave me alone!"
Suddenly, fangs come out from his teeth and his eyes turn red.
"Ajeel! You cannot kill her! Zeref will be angry with you. He doesn't want her dead, you know." Brandish said, stopping him.
"She's pissing me off, Randi! I can't let her go off so easily!" His eyes and fangs were still there, making him look twice as mad.
"See? You cannot kill me."
"Yeah, I can't kill you but I sure as hell can hurt you!"
He turns my head and bites me, his fangs doing in my skin.
"Aaghh!"
"Ajeel! Stop it! You'll drain her blood!!" Brandish shouted, pissed.
"Nngh!! S-Stop!!"
Someone tears Ajeel away from me and I drop to the ground, my back landing on the streets.
"Get the hell out of here!"
I didn't know what was going on but I'm pretty sure when my savior came, Ajeel left.
I heard two sets of footsteps sprinting towards me and it was Brandish and Natsu.
"Quick! Give her your blood."
Natsu bites his wrist and blood comes out. He extends his arm towards my lips and I stare at him.
"Drink." Natsu said, worried.
I grab his wrist and drink the blood coming out from his wrist.
After I have done that, I wipe mouth and sigh.
"Are you okay, Lucy?" Natsu asked, his concern for me.
"Y-Yes...I'm okay. What just happened? Why did you give me your blood?" I asked, sitting up.
"It seems that Ajeel took 50% of your blood with that bite. With vampire blood, it can heal any sorts of injuries. You now have blood in your system. If you were to ever die, you would come back as a vampire."
I gasp, wide eyed.
"I don't want to become a vampire! Natsu, you shouldn't have fed me your blood!" I shouted, fear taking over.
"Your blood was taken, Lucy. I don't want to lose you."
"No! Nothing has crossed my mind into becoming a supernatural! I wanna stay human and live a human life! I don't ever want to become a vampire in my life, Natsu."
"It's okay, Lucy. I'll try to prevent you from my dying. Okay? Please, don't cry."
"I'll leave you two be." Brandish said, standing up and walking away.
Tears fall down my cheeks and I quickly hug Natsu, sobbing.
"Please, don't cry. I hate seeing you like this, Luce."
"I'm sorry. I just can't hold it in."
"Shh, it's okay. Everything will be okay."
I sniff, going face to face with Natsu.
"Natsu..."
"Yeah?"
"I...I love you."
I bring his face closer to me and I kiss him, my heart racing. The fear has suddenly stopped when I touched his lips and I like that.
We stop the kiss and I lay my forehead against his. He smiled as I blush.
"I love you, too. You have no idea how much I have been waiting for us to get back together."
"Me too, Natsu. Me too."
