I go pass the mirror the next morning only to spot a difference in my body.
My belly was growing. This is my first baby bump.
I lift up my loosed shirt and go to the side, looking at my belly in the mirror.
A small smile appears on my lips as I touch my stomach, rubbing it.
"Oh, I wonder what gender you are, baby. You know what? I want Levy to find out but I don't want her to tell me. I'll tell her to surprise me and Natsu during the baby shower." I said, smiling.
This child...I'll take care of you. Don't worry, Mommy's got you.
Suddenly, the door opens and Levy comes in, greeting me.
"Hey! Good morning! I got you breakfast."
"Awe, thank you so much, Levy." I said, approaching her.
"Oh, no, no, no! You sit down on the bed and I'll bring you the breakfast. You're pregnant, after all." She says, and I chuckle.
"Okay, Mother." I teased, going back to bed.
She brings me the breakfast on my lap and I can just smell the bacon, pancakes, and the delicious chocolates.
There was blueberries and strawberries that were dipped in chocolate.
"Wow. I'm so ready to eat this!"
I grab the fork and the butter knife and sliced the pancakes. I bring it to my mouth and started to chew on it.
"Oh my God, this is delicious! Did you make this?"
"Yep! But I had a little help with Mira. I told her that you were pregnant and she literally cried tears of joy." Levy says, and I giggle.
"Really? Where is she now?"
"Currently, Mira is buying a lot of junk food for you and the baby. She's also buying baby clothes and things for the baby such like a crib, toys, and a pacifier. Mira is really into buying new things for a baby human."
"Yeah, I can tell."
"So, I see that you finally got your first baby bump. How do you feel?"
"I feel...I feel happy. I love this child although we haven't met yet. He or she is my little angel." I said.
"Awe...I'm sure this child of yours will be beautiful or handsome just like their parents. So, you want me to do a little magic and see what gender the baby is?"
"Yes, please. But don't tell me or Natsu. I want you to surprise me during the baby shower when my belly grow a little more." I said, and she nodded.
"Of course. Ooh! I'm so excited!" She says, helping me put aside the tray of breakfast:
Levy places a hand on my belly and closes her eyes, concentrating. She later smiles and removes her hand from my stomach.
"Oh...this is amazing."
"Levy. What's amazing? The gender?" I ask.
Small tears appear in her eyes and she smiles.
"You're just gonna have to see during the baby shower." Levy says, and I pout.
"Awe, man! Now I'm hyped." I said, giggling.
"Don't worry, I'm sure your belly will grow in the next two or three days. You'll know soon."
I let out a breath with a smile planted on my lips.
