Lucy

I get home and go straight to the kitchen. Hopefully, Dimaria can wait for her meal.

"Excuse me, may you hand me the box of cookies?"

I look down and saw Mavis staring at me, pointing to the box of cookies.

"Ah, sure. Here you go."

I grab the cookies and give it to Mavis, who thanked me and smiled at me.

"Thank you. I'm actually craving cookies right now. Say, what's your name?"

"Lucy. Lucy Heartfilia."

"Heartfilia? Is your mother's name Layla?"

"Yeah. You know her?"

"Yep! Layla and I were the best of friends! It broke my heart when I heard that she perished away. I'm sorry for your loss, Lucy."

"It's alright. I'm over her death. I still miss her though." I said, grabbing a knife.

"S-Sorry for bringing it up. I didn't mean to get you to remember that."

"It's okay. Anyways, go ahead and enjoy your cookies, Mavis."

"Okay! And thank you."

She leaves the kitchen with her long hair waving side to side.

For some reason, Mavis looks like Larcade.

I sighed and started to chop the carrots. I hope Dimaria enjoys the meal I'm making for her.

Natsu

I drove my car to the lake where a waterfall was. I wanted to have quality time on my own without anyone telling me to do things or what's going to happen.

I packed a few things such like five blood bags, a blanket, a pillow, and my phone.

I lay down the blanket to the grass and placed the pillow on the blanket. Afterwards, I take out the basket filled with five blood bags and set it beside me.

I turn around to face the lake and smiled, letting out a breath. The view here looks absolutely gorgeous.

Maybe I'll bring Lucy here.

Suddenly, I heard a stick break apart and I turn around to see someone smirking at me.

"Well, hello...Dragneel."

"Who are you?" I asked, suspicious.

A coffin was behind him, and he was just straight up being strange.

"I'm surprised you don't remember, Natsu. I'm Zeref, the leader of Alvarez." He says.

"What do you want?" I ask, glaring at him.

"To kill what hurts you the most." He says, smiling.

I widen my eyes as I glare at him, gritting my teeth.
