Everything was all set up. The balloons, the activities, the food and cake, and the banner!
This looks so amazing!
"We did an awesome job, everyone." Mira announced, smiling.
"Certainly. I'm proud of our work." Erza said, her eyes sparkling.
Suddenly, the door knob twists and we all hide behind something. The door opens and I take a peak.
It was Gray and Natsu.
We all show up and yell surprise.
"Surprise!"
Levy presses a button and the confetti pops out from the ceiling.
"Oh wow. A birthday surprise. Thanks." Gray said, smiling.
Each one of us go towards Gray and greet him a happy birthday.
"Happy birthday, Gray." I said, giving him a hug.
"Ooh, thanks, Lucy. I appreciate it."
I wanted to break the hug but he doesn't let go.
Behind me, was Natsu feeling awkward about our hug.
"Uh, okay guys. Let's go and have some fun, shall we?" Natsu said, breaking the moment.
Gray releases me and I smile. I turn around and saw Juvia pouting, rubbing her thumb against the box.
I walk towards her and sat next to her on the couch.
"Is something wrong, Juvia?" I asked.
"Juvia feels like Gray-sama won't like this at all."
"C'mon, Juvia. Have some faith and hope. I'm positive that Gray will love this."
Juvia sighs but brings a smile afterwards.
"Yeah, Lucy's right. Juvia can do this." Juvia breathes in and out, approaching Gray.
Oh! I would love to see this!
"Gray-sama?"
"Juvia? Hey, glad you can attend to my party." Gray said, smiling at her.
"Ah, of course! Juvia is glad that she came too." Juvia said, gushing a bit.
I giggle, continuing to watch the scene.
"Anyways, I'll see you around." Gray replied, waving.
"W-Wait! Juvia actually has something for Gray-sama! Here."
Juvia hands Gray the box and I smile. They would be a cute couple.
Gray grabs the box and smiles, thanking Juvia. He was about to open the box when suddenly, a blast came from the kitchen.
BOOM!
The window breaks down and glass shattered on the floor.
Natsu runs towards me as he looks at the kitchen.
"What the hell happened!?" I asked, freaking out.
"An explosion. A witch shattered the glass for Erza to get injured."
"Did she?!"
