Beautiful nightmare

"I need you.."

"Parang mas gusto ko yung sunflower. Di ba, Ags? What do you think? Kasi di ba, she's the suns—anak ng tupa naman Aga! Nakikinig ka ba? Saang planeta na naman ba naglalakwatsa yang utak mo?!"

Aga looked at her, creased his forehead then put his earphones on. He seems like murmuring something. Of course, his response irritated Lea. She walked towards him and snatched his earphones off. She crossed her arms and raised her eyebrow on him.

"Let me be clear here, gwapo ka lang pero hindi ka no'n binigyan ng karapatang i-ignore ang existence ko. And let me just remind you, ikaw ang ikakasal dito, hindi ako. So be cooperative! Because according to the rev—"

Aga glared at her. "Oo na! oo na! Wag mo na akong paandaran ng mga batas-batas na yan! Nakikita mo ng nagre-rehearse yung tao eh!"

Nagre-rehearse!? She screamed in her head. Nagre-rehearse for what? It took her a while before she realized. She looked at him and tried to stop herself from laughing.

"Anong nakakatawa?" Aga asked with a bit of irritation sense in his voice. "Maganda ka nga, tumatawa ka naman ng walang dahilan. Baliw talaga."

She rolled her eyes. "Don't you roll your eyes on me, Lea. Why are you laughing?"

Now he's being really serious. Yet, she can't help but laugh with the idea of him singing in his wedding. She can't let him ruin one of the supposed most memorable moment of his life.

"Kakanta ka? Sa kasal mo?" she ridiculed then bit her lower lip to again, stop herself from laughing.

He looked at her with a serious face. Now, she really can't stop herself from laughing. She laughed her lungs out until she lost balance and sat on the couch.

"What's wrong with you?!"

"Kasi naman. Pfft." She calmed herself down before speaking. She's still biting her lower lip tho. "Kakanta ka? Ako yung organizer mo di ba? Bakit di ako informed?"

"I was just about to te—"

"No." He looked at her, bewildered. "Hindi ako papaya isingit yan sa events." Before he can even complain, she started laughing again.

"Lea pwede ba?! I'm being serious here! Can you stop laughing?!"

"Seryoso ka talaga? Tapos di ka pa aware bakit ako natatawa?" She asked laughing in between words. He crossed his arms and stared at her. Now he's pissed.

Okay, Lea, kalma. Calm down, Lea. Wooh. Kumalma ka dahil mukha na s'yang dragon sa inis. Hihihi

"Wooh. You seriously don't know why I won't let you sing on your wedding? The last time you did sing on one of our get togethers, we got stranded in Dawn's place because it rained, poured hard the whole night. You serio—"

"Just tell them we'll be picking the sunflower for the wedding." And he left.

Damn it! He walked out on me! Patay na.

She tapped her forehead. She's surely doomed. She made some arrangements with the boutique about the flowers and headed to the parking lot to follow him.

"Uy, Aga. Sorry na." she looked at him with so much sincerity on her eyes but he wouldn't budge. "Ags, sorry na ka—uyy! Okay ka lang ba?"

She saw him sighed heavily before fixing his seatbelt. "Fix yours." He uttered with a stern voice and so she did what she was told and kept quiet.

As they stroll down the streets, though tempted to talk to him, she kept mum. But they speed up and took a different route, she couldn't help but ask.

"Just stay put, Lea. You don't have a choice but to go and drink with me."

"Drink? Ags, may problema ba?"

He didn't answer and kept driving instead. They stopped in front of a bar.

"Ags, hindi ako ii—"

"Then at least be by my side. I need you."

She wanted to go and leave but she just couldn't leave him knowing he needs someone. They went inside and he started drinking. Hours later, he started blabbering random stuffs.

He was on his nth glass of tequila when Lea decided to stop him. She helped him stand and made him hang his left arm around her shoulders so he can walk.

"Ags, wait lang. S-stand up. Anoba."

"I told you." He stated stammering from being so wasted. "I need you." She sighed. "Oo na. Oo na. You need me and I'm here with you so walk properly."

She's having hard times assisting him. They were almost out of the establishment when a couple making out bumped into them making them loss balance. Lea grunted with the sudden fall. The couple didn't mind helping them and continued making out instead.

She wanted to run after them and scold them for being so inconsiderate but as much as she wanted to, she has Aga to take care of.

"Hmm. I love you.. I love you.." Aga started uttering this like a mantra while he walked-crawled back to the bar's entrance door.

"Ags, umuwi na tayo." Lea tried to pull him back on their way to the car again but he just kept blabbering until she managed to get him in.

"I love you. Hmmm. Honey, I love you." He uttered and held Lea's face. She sighed and fixed his seatbelt instead. "Hon.. I love you." He pulled her face closer to his while continuously professing his love.

"Ags." She held his hands on her face. "Your fiancée's not here. Wala dito yung mahal mo." She tried to remove his hands from her face but he made their foreheads touch.

He pouted, chuckled and professed his love again. And before he lost his total consciousness, he uttered.

"Nandito s'ya. Nandito yung mahal ko. Kailangan ko s'ya. Ikaw, kailangan kita."
