"Spacing out. Sabi ko, we're okay." She raised her eyebrow on him before taking a sip on her own coffee.

"Okay." She ridiculed. "What kind of okay? Is that the 'we're-so-in-love-so-we're-good kind of okay' or is it the,' we-need-to-coz-we're-getting-married kind of okay'?"

"Why are you so good at interrogating me?" He asked instead of answering. Her forehead creased.

"First, yes, I'm a lawyer. I'm good at asking the right questions for someone to tell me the truth but right now, I am here as your friend who is concern about your well-being and not as your counsel. Second, I am just asking you a normal question to ask after a couple got in a fight in--"

"Oo na. Oo na. We're good. Not just because of the wedding but we're good."

She rolled her eyes. "Are you even really in love? How long have you been together?"

"A year."

"A year. Sabagay, meron ngang first month pa lang nagyayaya na ng kasal. But are you--"

"She's the only one I thought of getting married with."

"Okay." That's all she managed to answer. She decided to just shut up and appreciate the view after that heart-wrecking statement from him

"You ready?" Lea moved in front of Aga and fixed the collar of his suit. "She'll be your Mrs. Muhlach in an hour. Are you happy?" It's the most awaited day for them. Or is it?

Aga smiled at her. "Puntahan ko lang s'ya okay? My team will be here with you to make sure ever—" And he can't help it anymore, he gave Lea a long, tight and warm hug.

"Don't cry. Hush, Ags! Para kang timang!" they both chuckled. He didn't let go of the hug and whispered. "But really, thank you Lea. I owe you everything. I love you."

"Aga.." she withdrew from his hug. She smiled. "Pupuntahan ko lang si Lauren. She needs to sign the papers." He smiled and nodded.

"It's Lea." she could feel Lauren's irritation about her presence or she just thought but whatever. "I just came for you to sign some important documents for the wedding. Uhm, marriage contract."
