"Bakit di mo sinabi sa akin?" kalmado ngunit may diing tanong ni Aga kay Lea.

"Do you think I'll agree to be your mistress kung alam ko from the very start that you weren't even married?"

"That's why I am reading these supporting discovery files. Kung sinabi mo sana sa akin 'yo three years ago ede sana hindi ako nangangapa kakahanap ng defense ko sa kaso mo. Sino ba kasing humawak nito?!"

"Yung chinito mo!" His answer made Lea look at him. Did she hear him correctly?

"Nandito yata kayo non para magbakasyon. Malay ko bang ditto na kayo mags-stay ng matagal."

Shock is still evident on Lea's face. Why didn't Rob tell her about this?

"Didn't the judge mention this to you? Or di man lang ba nabanggit sa'yo ni Rob?"

Umiling si Aga. "Wala s'yang nasabi na ganito yung pwedeng mangyari. Sabi n'ya lang maghintay. Pero natagalan yung process kasi pinalitan yung judge na may hawak."

"What could've possibly happened?" Lauren asked her friend slash lawyer, Bryan.

"Pinag-aaralan ko pa prend." Lauren sighed and sat next to him. "Kahit ano man yan, Bry, just go with the flow. Ayoko nan g mahabang proseso. I've waited long enough."

Madaling salita, nagkasundo ang dalawang kampo sa suggestion ng family court judge sa kundisyong Aga will still support TJ's needs and he can still see his daughter once or twice a month.

"So, we're free." Lauren smiled at Aga and hugged him tight. They tried hard not to cry but they just can't stop.

"Thank you, Aga. Salamat na kahit papano sinubukan mong mahalin ako. Salamat sa lahat."

Aga looked at her straight to her eyes and slowly wiped her tears away. "Minahal kita, Lauren. Minahal kita sa paraang alam ko."

Lauren gave him a sweet smile and started walking away. Aga watched as she turned her back. "And you're free." Aga looked at Lea and smiled a bit before he left and walked away to.

If only, Aga. If only.

---

"Mom, darating ba si dad ngayon?" Lauren smiled at her daughter and nods. "Are you leaving?"

Trixie smiled and bit her lower lip before she nodded slowly. "Pwede po bang tawagan n'yo na lang po ako pagdating ni dad?"

Imagine asking your mom to call you when your dad arrives when you know full well that they just got legally separated. Medyo awkward. Yet Lauren agreed with TJ's suggestion and gave her a kiss on her forehead.

"Take care, 'kay? Ihahatid k aba ni Trent ditto?"

Trixie shook her head in response. "Si Paul po and maghahatid sa akin ma." Lauren's forehead creased with what she heard.

Trixie's face flushed. "Hindi ko pa s'ya pinapayagan mom."

"Hindi pa? Kasi takot ka sa dad mo?" Trixie smiled. "Trixie Jade Muhlach! Mag-ingat ka ah!" Trixie gave her another smile and left.

Lauren's busy reading some magazines when she heard the doorbell. "Ang Aga naman ata n'ya."

Nagtataka man, Lauren stood to open the door for Aga.

"Good morning po. Muhlach residence po?" Instead of Aga, Lauren saw a guy, probably someone from the postal office or something, in front of their door smiling from ear to ear.

"Ma'am, Muhlach residence po?" The guy asked again. Lauren gulped but then tried to smile. It used to be. She whispered on her mind.

The postman gave her an envelope and the receiving form she'll need to sign. Medyo makapal yung sobre and she is sure, there's a lot in it.

"Palagay na lang po ma'am ng pangalan n'yo po tsaka papirma." She did what she was told and signed the paper. Before she could even ask who's the letter for, the guy left.

She looked at the back of the envelope hoping that she could see a name on it or even of initials but all she saw was their address.

Hindi man sigurado, Lauren opened the envelope thinking that these could be the documents the family court sent her for their, her and Aga's, legal separation.

She carefully opened and read what was inside and she could slowly feel her knees weaken. She needed to hold onto something for support until she got to sit to a chair. The letter is not for her but for Aga.

Not long after, her tears fell. She felt like her heart just got stab a million times. She felt betrayed; she felt the need to seek for revenge. She stood and got her car keys.

"You'll regret what you did to me."
