I'm probably gonna be grounded if Dad finds out I'm gone but at this point I don't care.  I was already out the window and on my way to the nearest lake.  I figured traveling on foot would be quieter.  I should be home in about 2-3 hours.

I was standing in front of a beautiful lake that had the moon's reflection on it perfectly.  I searched for a boulder and sat on the top of it.  I slung my bag off my shoulder and set it next to me.

Just then a soft, warm, and steady breeze blew in and I naturally  closed my eyes.  I could feel every muscle in my body relax.  I wish I could feel like this all the time. I wonder if I disappeared at this point if anyone would notice I'm gone. The thought brought shivers down my spine.

"If you stay out here long enough with that on you could catch a cold."   Someone said from behind the trees causing me to jump.

"Who's there?!"   I shouted completely terrified.

"Calm down it's just me."   Peter said as he stepped out of the shadows.

"You following me now? And why do you stand in the shadows so much?"   I asked in shock.  At this point its getting kind of creepy how he happens to keep showing up in the exact moment when danger is near by or when I'm alone.

"May I?" he asked as he gestures to the empty spot next to me on the boulder. I nodded.  "As hard as it is to believe, no actually, this is kinda my getaway place." Peter said playfully.

I tilted my head up in the sign of understanding.  "Well my bad."   I responded as I threw my hands up in surrender.

"It's okay, I don't mind sharing.  Especially not with you.  It does get pretty lonely out here.  And quiet."  He states with a smirk.

"See that's what I was aiming for.  Quiet and isolation.  But right now I don't mind your company."   I don't remove my eyes from the lake but I can feel Peter staring at me.

"You look beautiful Katy."   I turn to him, completely caught off guard.  I searched for his eyes but could see them behind his shaggy hair.  I was very tempted to remove the strands just to get a better glimpse of his eyes.

After three heart beats Peter crashed his lips into mine.  I was lost in his taste and didn't bother pulling away or stopping him.  I wanted this so I kissed him back hungrily.  We made out for what seems like hours but was only a few minutes.

I pulled away but kept my face close. "I've gotta go."   I mumbled and I snagged one last kiss.

I climbed down the bolder and jogged back home.  After I was far out of sight, I stopped and touched my lips and grinned.  I was so happy that the rest of the walk home was a blur.  I climbed into my window and stripped of my clothes.  I was exhausted.

I closed my eyes and three seconds later I received a text.
