Yoongi's pov

The heart monitor beeped, as I sat next to Uee watching her sleep. Mom, dad and Uee's parent's went out to eat taking Gwihan along. A couple knocks at the door, and a doctor came in. "How are you Mr. Min?" Dr. Kim stood next to me, hugging his clipboard to his chest. "Just call me Yoongi, you are Namjoon's friend. I'm good thanks for asking." I had my legs crossed, back leaned against the chair staring at Uee's body.

Dr. Kim chuckled, "right, sorry. Uhh I have a question for you." My ears perked and put my full attention to Dr. Kim. "In Uee's past history, it says that she had an accident, a blow force trauma to her head causing her to lose some of her memories. Are you aware of that Mr. Min err Yoongi?" I turn my gaze back to Uee, she slept peacefully and the stupid beeping of the heart monitor is annoying me. I slowly nod my head, "I'm aware." I spoke as low as I can, I know Uee is sleeping but she can't hear about this.

"Hmm, so when did you know about the accident? Were you perhaps... present at the accid-" I snap my head at Dr. Kim giving him a cold deadly stare. "Can we talk about this outside of the room?" I cocked my head slightly to the right. "Yes we can." Dr. Kim walked out the door, as I stood up from the chair. I walked over to Uee's sleeping body, that is laying on the hospital bed, I caressed her forehead and kissed it. I walk to the door, sliding it shut.

"You can continue on."  I took a seat on the benches, crossing my legs again. "As I was saying, were you present at the accident?" I sat without an inch, I stared at the white wall in front of me, "What makes you say that I was at the accident? When was she involved in thisss... accident?" I turn to look at Dr. Kim, he took his clipboard reading over the paper that was clipped. "uhh, six years ago in 2010." Dr. Kim looked up from his paper and gazed into my eyes. "I don't know what you're talking about." I scoffed staring back at the white wall. 

"You can't lie to me, Yoongi, I also have your history, also I was present at the time. It was my first time at the hospital when suddenly a case of a car accident was appointed to me. My case, that was so real and it scared me. I remember you Yoongi." I stared intensely at Dr. Kim, recalling the car accident that happened six years ago. "I remember you being unconscious, and being rolled on the stretcher. You weren't badly hurt, and after you was a girl." Dr. Kim paused and this time he stared at the white wall. "I didn't know it was Uee until I was looking through her history. The accident was the biggest accident, it was a good thing no one was badly hurt except for... Uee." The hallway was quiet, except for the beeping from the different rooms, and the echoing of vast footsteps. 

"She was the one in the most critical state from everyone. We were afraid she wouldn't make it, her heart failed us a couple of times, and the excessive bleeding in her head. It was very scary and crazy at the same time." Dr. Kim explained as I stared at my fingers. "Why are you telling me this?" I didn't look up from my hand, Dr. Kim heaved a sigh and leaned back against the wall. "Remember when you ran from your cubicle to Uee's cubicle? And we had to chase you because you wouldn't listen to us and you wouldn't stay in your cubicle?" I chuckled remembering that I punched one of the male nurses. "Yeah." Dr. Kim also chuckled, "I felt bad for Nurse Kyung, you gave him a black eye for two weeks." Dr. Kim and I laughed. 

"Do you also remember when Uee first woke up. She was so confused of what was happening, and she wasn't scared of me, but she was scared of you." I exhaled through my nostrils, silently nodding my head. "She forgot about me... about us. She only remembered the mean bully." My heart broke in half remembering her reaction when she first woke up. She was fragile back then, she was so scared of me and that hurts me more to see her scared of me again. I had her gain trust in me back in high school. I shut my eyes closed inhaling the smell of the hospital, the smell of rubber filled my nose. The memories of her face when she woke up filled my mind, the way she hid behind Dr. Kim's back shivering in fear every time I tried to take a step, or tried to talk to her she would whisper 'go away' I slowly opened my eyes.
