21. Again

I just was listening to this song while writing this chapter

Drew's POV

It was like déjà vu, the same thing happened again. My shirt ripped from my claws and my cell covered in a layer of my blood. This time I didn't call for anyone, I just pressed my back against the cold metal wall I couldn't cry because I have done this to my own self.

I decided to do what I've done with Braxton, knowing what would happen if I ever did become pregnant again. I decided I wasn't going to tell him, I couldn't give him another reason to hate me, he just didn't need to know.

I sat in the cell for what felt like hours before someone knocked on the metal door.
"Katrina, it's me" I heard Thanatos said through the thick walls.
"Come in" I called back weakly, the metal door squeaked as it opened. Light poured in the dim room.
"Lets go, so someone can clean this up" he gestured me with his hands to get up and follow him out.

I stood up and shifted to my wolf, I didn't want anyone to see my skin side covered in my own blood. With my head bowed I walked slightly behind Thanatos out of the cellars. He walked to the back doors and opened them for me and I walked out into the bitter cold that was outside.

I felt another fur run against my own, I looked over and saw Andreas smaller wolf comforting me. I rubbed my fur with hers as a sign of affection for a family member. She stopped rubbing against my fur and looked at me, then took of running, wanting me to chase after her. It wouldn't be too hard to run faster than her but I ran at the same speed as her, letting my wolf control for a few moments.

She slowed down at a random spot, and looked around. I did the same, straining my ears to find a sound. I heard the sound of snow  crunching under a set of four legs, I sniffed the air and and picked up on the scent of a doe a few meters away from where we were. I also picked up that she was pregnant, that made my wolf feel fury, I didn't understand why she was so angry.

Andrea rubbed against my side and nodded in the direction of the castle. I shook my head no, she nodded in understanding, she wouldn't kill the doe because it was pregnant, but I would.

She ran away towards the pack house, silently though so she wouldn't disrupt my prey. I crept towards the direction of the doe, my wolf taking full control now as she led us closer to our next kill.

I saw the creature, she was drinking from a stream that has yet to freeze, her belly slightly swollen. She must've picked up on our scent as she began frantically searching around, but not being able to find us. I stepped out slightly from the brush, as soon as her eyes landed on mine, she took off running.

My wolf enjoying the chase she began to run faster, catching up with the doe quickly. I bit her ankle and she fell over, rolling around. She tried to recover quickly but my jaws were quicker, biting down into her stomach and tearing away a chunk. A strangled cry came from her throat as she bled out, feeling the loss of her young.

I growled at the thing and ravished her body, the meat satisfying my hunger. I was savage with how I ate the creature, ripping the young from her womb, then I clamped my jaws down on her throat, letting her drown on her own blood.

Once finished with my meal, I left the rest for other animals to eat the remainder. I went to the same stream the doe had drank from and washed off my fur, and drank some of the cool water to quench my thirst.

I heard another set of four legs on the other side of the stream. I viciously growled as I look up at he other animal, my growl died down as I noticed it was just Braxton. I began lapping up more water, ignoring his presence. He leaped over from his side of the stream to mine. He came over closer to me, but the low menacing growl that came from my throat made him take a step back.
