Ushijima awkwardly shifted underneath Oikawa's glare, before moving to walk past you and Oikawa. " I'll get going now." He said, before abruptly walking out of the apartment, closing the door behind him.

"Calm down Oikawa, yeah we dated, but we're still good friends, that's it, I don't get why you're getting so upset about it." You said, dragging him to the couch, as he struggled to limp to keep up with you, "Especially since you're getting upset that I have my friend over in my apartment. You're being quite childish." You just assumed it was a pride thing, nothing more.

Oikawa mumbled something incoherent before collapsing onto the floor again. You felt his forehead as his eyelids fluttered, probably from exhaustion, you determined. " You're burning up, you need to learn to take better care of yourself."

Despite Oikawa not being your favorite person, you felt it was your duty to care for your rommate's best friend while he was not there. He mumbled something again as the fury in his eyes had disappeared, he looked downright worn out. The exhausted, intoxicated side of him was like a completely different person, which made you wonder what other sides he had.

"Come on idiot, you're going to rest in my bed until you get better. Set one foot out of that room and you're going to get a pillow to your face." You slipped an arm underneath his, before helping him wobble to your room. You felt his muscles rivet with every step he took, his body extremely toned from years of volleyball.

In all honesty, if he wasn't exhausted, he most likely would have resisted or said he didn't need your help, but he didn't have the energy to argue with you at this point.

Once you set him down on your bed, you threw a blanket at him, determining you didn't want to be too nice to him, especially since you and Oikawa weren't even necessarily friends.

He looked up at you, before curling into a ball, wrapping the blanket around himself as his eyes closed. You let out a sigh, before walking out of your room to text Iwaizumi.

To:Roomie

Hey we have a problem.

From: Roomie

Please tell me you didn't burn down the apartment.

To: Roomie

No, it's nothing like that. But, um, Oikawa is here, and he reeked of alcohol, he can't walk without his knee giving out, and he's currently asleep in my bed.

From:Roomie

I'm surprised you even let him in. That dumbass, I told him not to overwork himself.

To:Roomie

I know, that's what I just told him too. What do you want me to do?

From: Roomie

When he sobers up be careful, he'll be shittier than usual. I'm thinking about leaving class to go there anyways.

To:Roomie

Don't worry about it, let's just hope he's still alive when you get home.

From:Roomie

In all honesty, he should hope he's not alive when I get home.

To:Roomie

I can arrange that.

You sighed, it had been a good two hours since Oikawa had gone to sleep in your bedroom, so you decided to go check up on him. You creaked open your door, revealing the man-boy sitting on your bed with one of your old volleyball magazines in hand. The blanket was wrapped around him and now you actually were wondered if he had been actually resting or snooping around your room. Maybe letting him sleep in your room hadn't been the best idea.
