Chapter 7: Mystery Swirls

When you got home, you threw your bag on the couch and you went to the kitchen. You sat down and placed the photo in front of you. You looked at it for a while. "Why would he give me this," you spoke softly. Just then your right arm started to ache a bit. Then it started to burn in certain areas. "Ouch what the f*ck is wrong with my arm," you cursed. Then it started to feel like it was on fire.

"Damn it," you ran to the bathroom tearing up. You quickly turned on the shower head and put it to freezing water. You then placed your whole arm in the freezing cold liquid. You were shocked of what you found covered all over your arm. Black swirls covered from your wrist to your shoulder.

"No not now no no no," you said crying. Then a knock was at the door.
"____ you in there," asked a female. It was Maka.

"Ya just a sec please," you responded. You looked around quickly and grabbed some rolled up bandages. You wrapped them quickly around your arm, making sure nothing black showed. You then rushed to the door and opened it.
"Hey Maka," you said acting like nothing happened.

"____ what in death's name happened to your arm," she asked concerned.

"Oh i just burned myself, with hot water," you quickly said that last part.

"Ok well i wanted to see if you wanted to come to the water park with me and Soul today."

"Uhhhh n-no th-thanks im a bit busy today."

"Oh well ok, see ya Monday or something," with that Maka left.
You then quickly shut the door right after she left. You slowly unwrapped the bandages, only to find that the swirls were still there. You leaned against the wall and started to cry.
"No, why now, i don't want them to kill me," you yelled to yourself while crying hysterically and hitting your head against the wall. You slid down the wall, which finally made you sit on the ground. Then you realized something. You widened you eyes as more tears fell out.

"Worst of all I infiltrated the DWMA, now i'm totally toast."

You cried and cried even more. Eventually you ended up laying on the floor against the wall and hugging your legs against your chest. After that you fell asleep.

~Dream~

You were alone in a dark room. You were chained to the wall. Infront of you was standing Kid and your brother. You were covered with blots of blood.

"Don't you dare hurt her," Kid threatened.

"Why, she's only here to steal my collection," your brother was truly a sick man.

"Leave him alone," you yelled.

"Look who woke up," your brother teased. He then walked slowly to you only to lift your chin.

"Why haven't you given up yet? It's over, you lose, and Kid will be mine," he whispered.

"Why haven't i given up you ask? Well because if i give up, i'll never hear the end of it." And with that, you took your last breathe.

~End of Dream~

You shot your eyes open and gasped for air. You looked around and you realized you were still on the ground. You looked out your window, the sun had left and the moon was now in the sky. You stood up, almost unable to walk, and walked towards your room. You put on a jacket but once you did you heard a knock on the door. You rubbed your eyes and opened the door. "_____ ARE YOU OK I HEARD YOU YELL 'LEAVE HIM ALONE' AND ALL THIS OTHER STUFF IS ANYONE HURT," Soul screamed as he barged in. You were standing there with your eyes mid-open.

"Other than my arm, im fine, i just sleep talk a bit when i have a nightmare," you explained.

"Oh um what happened to your arm again, Maka told me but i forgot."
"I burned it with hot water when i was about to take a shower," you lied once again.

"Mind if i see," he asked. He was about to reach for your wrist but you swiped it away just in time.

"Yes i do mind, and shouldn't you be with Maka right now, she's probably worried sick."

"She's the one who sent me here."
'Oh so you want to play that game do you' you thought. "Well would you look at the time, it's best for you to get going bye," you said while pushing him out the door, into the hallway, and slamming the door into his face. You walked to bed and faceplanted on the soft cushion. With that you were sound asleep.

A/N: I'm not going to mention Sunday cause all you did was watch tv, worry about your mystery swirls, and play Fruit Ninja.

~Monday Morning~

You woke up on the couch covered in cereal. "Damn it," you shouted.
You grabbed a broom, dusted the cereal off, and began to clean. Once you were done you went to take a nice refreshing shower. When you walked in you saw a pink haired man sitting on the floor.

Starry: *walks in bathroom* Natsu what are you doing here your in the wrong fanfic

Natsu: Sorry have you seen Lucy
Starry: *grabs Natsu's ear* come on and get out

Reader: WTF IS GOING ON

Starry: Nothing just continue what you were doing *starts to whisper* i swear Natsu is gonna have the biggest buttwhooping of his life

"Weird," you said looking around the corner making sure they were gone. You then started the showerhead to make it fill the tub. You then slipped in and soaked until your fingers turned all pruny. You were just thinking about your swirls and how people will react, especially Kid with all the symmetry. But then you realized you could just use the bandages again. You wrapped a towel and opened a drawer with a first aid kit in it. You quickly dressed and wrapped the bandages around every inch on your arn. From your wrist to your shoulder. You then put on a (color) jacket to hide it more. You swung your backpack around your shoulder. You walked up to the door and faced it about to reach for the handle. "I just hope no one asks, off to school now."
