You layed in the cold bed, wrapped in a whole lot of warm blankets. Your eyes creeked open as you layed on your back. Something was very wrong. You shot up and looked around the room. You were in a hospital bed. The monitor next to you beeped and beeped with every second. You turned your head towards the window to find that is was snowing.

Wait, snowing?

Yes. Snow was slowly falling from the sky like a little flurry. You remembered being in November, one week before Thanksgiving, and now you were in December! You looked around to see if any clues were found. You then realized you could look through both eyes. You ran to a nearby mirror to see your eyepatch gone and a brand new eye in its place. You roamed through the empty room until you glanced at the foot of the bed.

You checked the clipboard with all the info you needed. Your statistics showed something that you wish you hadn't layed eyes on. You were in a coma for about a month now. You then heard the door knob jiggle as a male appeared with a present in his grasp.

"Hey (Y/N), Merry Christmas, I brought you something for when you woke up," Kid stared at the box in his hand and looked up. You stared at him with confusion.

'Christmas? I've been asleep for that long?'

He stared at you for a long time until he dropped the present. Tears fell from one eye, but not from your replacment one that was given to you.

"(Y/N)," was all Kid could say. You fast walked towards him as he embraced you into a hug. He stroked your hair as you both cried softly.

"I was so worried about you, why would you go ahead and do something like that, everybody was waiting," Kid spoke looking into your eyes.

"I'm sorry, even with the talk you gave me... I felt... unwanted. I just didn't want to live anymore," you averted his gaze.

"Unwanted? You were given this life because you were strong enough to live it, not to leave it. One guy could come and damage you, but the next one could heal you," Kid placed his cold fingers on your chin which made you look into his golden orbs.

"Kid I'm sor--," he had cut you off with a passionate kiss. You were dumbfounded by his actions but then melted into the kiss. He caressed your cheek as you wrapped your arms around his neck. You both parted to breathe as you looked into each others eyes.

"Kid, I didn't know," you buried your face in his chest.

"You weren't supposed to, I was gonna tell you a long time ago, but then you and 'he-who-shall-not-be-named' became a thing and so I just had to wait a little longer."

You both stood there, just hugging each other non-stop. Until Kid filled the silence.

"Why didn't you tell us?"

You were confused for a second until you looked at him.

"What are you talking about?"

"Your arm? Care to explain why you didn't tell my father? Our friends? Me?," Kid looked at you with disappointment. You had begun to tear up once again.

"You don't know what it's like to be hunted Kid, being a witch is hell! I never asked to be this. I just wanted to be normal like all the other girls in the world," you cried, ranting about your life experiences.

"Shh, it's okay now. I told my father about it. At first he was surprised and a little angry, but then knew you were too good to be something like Medusa."
