Chapter 10- Kya Kya ho gaya? 😕

Arohi pov-i just hope Karthik is safe.. Else I won't be ever able to forgive myself.. Somewhere I know I have hurted him a lot...Already his hurted face I saw was affecting me...His welled up eyes were pricking my heart....His words did have an affect on me..i have ever since been in guilt of trusting Renu over him..as we were passing through the road besides Marina beach I saw a person's image there.. Felt like Karthik..its dark just in the street light appeared the image...soon I saw a white swift parked by the roadside..

" shekhar stop the car! " Arohi shouted..

And the car was brought to a sudden halt.. Shekhar looked questionably at her and she indicated the car.. They both got down and Shekhar said.. " TN ******* this is Karthik car only"
They both looked around and other than the person at the beach they didn't find anyone around.. So both walked towards the beach.. They soon saw the person walking towards the water.. "Karthik!!" both shouted together but invain..

Fear struck arohi n she ran towards him and Shekhar too followed..Arohi pulled him by wrist towards her and held his collar.. Karthik was confused..

"What do you think you are doing??" arohi asked teary eyed looking at the water and holding him by collar..
Karthik removed her hand from his shirt with a jerk, bend down and picked his wallet and showed arohi and both relieved..Then she realised she shouted on him again by judging him.. ..

"Im sorry.." arohi mumbled..

Karthik laughed.. " Mujhpe waise b aajtak kisne trust Kia taa?" Karthik said..his words were slipping out(both realised he's drunk) .. Hurt evident from his voice..

He turned around to walk when he stumbles and Shekhar holds him. ..
"hai na shekhs na priya ko taa aur na isse(pointing to arohi) ..mein zindagi mein kisika trust jeet hi nai paya...pehle priya chali gayi..ab isse b jaana hai..kya mein itna bura hu? "

Shekhar nodded negatively.. "Nai mein bura hu..hu mein bura...na ek accha bhai ban paya.. Na accha dost.." Karthik mumbled like a child. ..

"Karthik ghar chal...tune bohot peerakhi hai.." shekhar said when he sees Karthik stumbling.. Arohi comes to hold him.. But he moves back..

"Tum yaha kya kar rai ho? Tumhe toh uss ladki k saath hona chahiye jisne meri zindagi Barbad karne ki koshish ki ti.." Karthik said.. "Jaao uske paas.."

Tears rolled down arohis eyes.. shekhar indicated arohi to walk.. While he supported Karthik to walk towards the car.. Shekhar made Karthik sit in his car..while arohi decided to take Karthik car and leave it in his house as Karthik kept mumbling her to go in his alcoholic state..

Arohi pov- I today hurted him a lot.. I'm sorry Karthik.. (she said wiping her tears and driving) I don't know what had happened between him and Renu..I should have trusted him.... I'm mad to have even think he could ever say anything about me when I know how he respects girls.. How he has been treating me till date.. Priya...i reminded him of priya today...He loved her a lot but she.. She left him.. I have seen him like this broken at that time when she left.. Today unknowingly I again hurted his wounds which never healed..where did u go leaving everyone priya?

Soon both the cars reached Karthiks flat.. Arohi parked the car and went with Shekhar and Karthik and helped him get in and laid him to bed..

"Mujpe ek baar trust Kia hota arohi..ek baar.. " Karthik kept mumbling in unconscious stage..

"Mean aunty ko inform karke aata hu" shekhar said and arohi nodded..

Arohi removed Karthiks shoe and adjusted the pillow for him and turned to leave when he held her hand in sleepy state..
