Chapter 4: I don't forgive you

Sly POV: (little bit of change ohoho)

I basically run off the plane, and wait happily for Aleks, who's coming to pick me up. I become even more happy when I recognize the light blue beanie of Aleks' and the loud voice of James, almost shouting my name. I run over to them and basically tackle aleks in a hug. He smiles and hugs me back. I pull away and tug James into a hug too, giggling madly.

"Jesus, sly. You act like you haven't seen us in years." James says, grinning at me. Aleks shuffles a little, awkwardly standing beside James.

"It feels like I haven't." I say excitedly, ruffling Aleks' hair. He swats my hand away with a half-hearted smile. Is he not happy to see me? I'll ask him about it later. I grab my bag from luggage claim and Aleks drives us home. When we pull into drive way I smile at the old memories from the house. James was right, it has felt like years. I grab my bags and walk inside, James showing me to my room as Aleks sets up a game to play when we're done. Always the lazy one. When we came downstairs Aleks had set up life. James groans and I giggle. Aleks smirks at us both and gives us a remote. James gives him a quick kiss on the cheek and Aleks smiles softly at him. I awww and giggle madly, makings James laugh and Aleks blush. We play for a few hours, not bothering to record it. When we finish James vountrers to go get leftover pizza from th fridge, leaving me and Aleks alone in the living room

"Hey Aleks, you okay?

"Ye-"

"Don't lie to me." Aleks looks at me helplessly.

"How the fuck do you expect me to feel? I thought we were best friends but you just abandoned me for Natalie. How am I suppose to feel about that?"

"I... Didn't know you felt that way."

"Well, I do. And James feels the same way with Seamus. I guess we are a bit better because you'd call and you were a few states away, Seamus is a few miles away and doesn't even text James." Aleks says bitterly.

"I'm sorry Aleks."

"I don't forgive you. Sly, you're my best friend, you always will be. But you need to gain my trust back. I'm scared.... You'll leave me again."

"But you have James. Doesn't that help?"

"Ye-yes. Of course. I love James. That sounds so odd... I love James. But I do. I havent felt this way for anyone. I really think me and James are meant to be." He says, looking at his hands that are in his lap. James comes around the corner, tears in his eyes.

"Aleks." He says softly. Aleks looks at him.

"You love me?" James says, from his tone you wouldn't even be able to tell this guy could ever rage at video games. Aleks nods, frightened. James basically sprints to him, wrapping him up into a kiss.

"I love you too. I love you so much. Aleks. I have for a while." James says quietly, holding Aleks tight. I giggle slightly and go into the kitchen. I dial a familiar number.

"Hello"

"Seamus.... Why aren't you and James talking?"

"Ashley doesn't like me too..."

"Well, Ashley can suck a dick! You should talk to your best friend."

"I can say the same about you and Aleks."

"I'm in colorado again Seamus. I'm with Aleks. And James. You need to leave bitchley and come back to your real friends."

"I don't think James wants me back."

"Yes, he does. It might take some time for him to forgive you. But it's worth it. Please Seamus. He does."

"O-ok. I'll break up with her right now, and drive over soon." He says. Sounding nervous but confidant. We say our byes and hang up. I walk back into the living room where James and Aleks are playing blackops.

"Who were you talking to?" Aleks says, focusing on the game.

"Uh... Seamus. Hes breaking up with Ashley and he says hes sorry for abandoning us. He's... Uh... Coming over in a bit."

"James. Are you okay with that?" Aleks says nervously.

"Yeah. Yeah. I guess I am. It's going to be a little weird but I forgive him. Ashley was manipulative, but he says the sex was good. What else do you need?" he says. Aleks looks at him in pure astonishment tears rising in his eyes before running upstairs.

"No! No! Aleks! I was joking! C'mon." James says, watching him leave.

James POV:

Aleks runs up the stairs and into his room. I follow him up and hear the lock click. I knock on the door, hearing Aleks sniffle behind it.

"Aleks please let me in." I hear the lock click again and open the door. Aleks looks at me before averting his eyes.

"Why are you upset Aleks?"

"Yo-your going to leave me because we can't make love." he says quietly.

"No, I'm not. And can too make love."

"N-not tr-traditionally." He sniffles.

"Fuck traditional. No pun intended." He chuckles slightly and I hug him, kissing his head.

"Aleks, I promised I wouldn't leave you. I love you Aleksandr. I love you more than sex. I love you more than anything. Please believe me." He looks at me and sniffles.

"I believe you James. I love you and I'm sorry." He says. I kiss him softly just as the doorbell rings. Seamus...
