I awkwardly stood alone in the middle of the street.
"Well, that was weird." I said to myself.
Apparently not just to myself, because suddenly I heard a voice behind me.
"What was weird?" Asked Miku, walking up to me with Phix behind him.
"Well, the good news is that I might've found your fruit." I began.
But before I finished the story he was already excited.
"Really? Where is it?!" He asked.
"Do you know where the grand tree is, bec-" I said and got cut off again.
"Yes! Come on let's go!" He shouted as he raced down the street.
"I didn't get to finish my story!" I shouted to him half way down the street.
I sighed. "Come on Phix, lets go." I said, taking his leash.
I had to run to catch up with Miku. He was already at the grand tree.
The grand tree wasn't actually a tree. It was a fountain, in the middle of a small town.
I ran up to Miku. "You were, you were so, f-fast." I said while catching my breath.
He laughed. "Now where's my fruit?" He asked anxiously.
I pointed to the fountain.
"A girl said to meet her here. She said she had the fruit." I explained.
His eyes widened.
"What w-was her n-name?" He asked, worriedly.
"Svetlana, why?" I asked.
He gasped. "Uh-oh." Was all he said.
Suddenly, a trumpet went off.
A bunch of men, dressed in uniform marched around us.
We backed away, but they surrounded us.
From in front of us, they formed a gap.
A tall man in a cape stood in the gap.
"What's happening?!" I asked.
"Silence!" The man in the cape demanded.
Suddenly, from behind the man, a familiar face appeared.
It was Svetlana.
She looked ashamed.
Before any of us could speak, the man did.
"Do you realize what you have done?" The man asked.
His voice cold and commanding.
"Yes." Replied Miku.
At this point, I was very confused.
"Do you know that it is against the rules of Pawrawl, to bring humans in here?" He asked again.
Miku nodded.
The man had an evil grin.
"Vey well. You know the punishment." The man said.
With that, the man disappeared with a shake of his cape.
I turned to Miku and sent him a message.
What's going on?
He looked at me with sadness in his eyes.
I'm sorry Was all he sent back.
Then the men in the uniforms began to come close.
They grabbed us by the arms and lifted us up.
"Hey! Let go!" I shouted, but no one responded.
They started to tie Phix with their wires.
They carried Koko and Callie as well.
"Hey what's happening?" Callie asked as she woke.
Soon we were being carried into a large carriage, with connected cells.
The let us go in one of the cells and locked the door.
I pounded on the door, but it was rock solid.
I turned to Miku, my cellmate.
I could hear Callie and Koko from the other cell, and Phix from a cage.
I stared at him.
What happened?
