December 31st
7:00 am.
I woke up very tired and groggy.
More grogginess hit me when I remembered I had to go to Pawrawl today.
My thoughts were interrupted with a knock on the door.
"Wake up Bellz!" I heard from a familiar voice.
I groaned. "Go away Koko!" I mumbled from my pillow.
Wait a minute...."Koko!" I shouted.
I jumped out of bed and towards the door.
I unlocked it and saw what I hoped to see. "Koko! I've missed you!" I shouted as I hugged her.
"Is mom and dad home too?" I asked as I released her from my bear-hug.
"Yup!" She said and nodded quickly.
I ran down the hall to my parents room and opened it.
They were still in bed, probably asleep until I came in.
"Mom! Dad!" I shouted as I jumped into their bed.
They almost screamed. "What is it?!An emergency!?" They asked.
I laughed. "No! When did you come home?" I asked.
"Last night, but you seemed so peaceful, we didn't want to wake you." Mom answered.
I smiled a huge smile.
But my smile faded when I remembered Miku's deal.
"Uh, mom. Is it okay if I go with Callie and a friend to visit a relative?" I asked.
She turned to dad, who was already falling back to sleep.
"Hmm, alright. But be careful Belle!" She warned.
"Thanks mom." I said as I left the room and let them go back to sleep.
I ran to my room to get dressed, because I knew I was already late.
I quickly got dressed in a T-shirt with a blue vest on top, and black leggings.
I combed my hair, brushed my teeth, and rushed to the clock.
"7:04" it read.
"Uh oh, I'm a little late. Hope he doesn't mind!" I said as I rushed down the stairs.
"Who?" Koko asked. "Nothing." I answered.
I opened the door and saw that Callie and Miku were already on Phix, about to leave.
"Wait!" I yelled as I put on my shoes while running out the door.
