Chapter 12 : It Ends Tonight

[ Jimmy's POV ]

Daddy was sad that night. I know he is waiting for Papa to come home, because he is keeping himself busy though the house was clean. Daddy didn't even realize it's past our bedtime.

When someone knocks on the door, Daddy was excited to open the door but changed his mind and let me open the door. Tony clings on to Daddy's back laughing.

I opened the door and it revealed Papa.

Daddy told us to go to our bedroom, color something before we go to sleep.

We immediately go upstairs, because we know that they will talk.

While we were on our bedroom, we heard some commotion downstairs.

"I think we should go down. I heard something," Tony said in which I agree.

While we were running downstairs, I saw Papa hitting Daddy.

"Papa, stop!" I shouted.

I ran as fast as I could just to stop Papa. It feels like he didn't hear us anymore. I tugged his shirt just to stop him but something unexpected happen. The last thing I know, I am flying across the room, my head and body hitting the wall and I pass out.

When i woke up, Dada was there, with eyes and nose so red. Tony was sleeping beside me. I don't understand why Dada is crying while hugging me.

"I'm sorry, baby. I promise, it won't happen again. Are you alright? Do you feel anything? Hurt spots? Tell Dada,"

"Dada, I just woke up. Why would I have hurt spots? Where is Papa?" I asked,

"Hi, Jimmy! How are you, little boy?" A voice came from behind the door and when it opened, it reveals my uncle.

"Hi, uncle Robin. I am good, but I am feeling a little bit dizzy," I replied,

"Tim, can I have Jimmy first so we can check his condition?" Uncle Robin asked my Dada.

"Sure," before leaving, Dada gave me a warm hug and a kiss on my forehead.

[Timmy's POV]

After 5 long days, Jimmy finally wakes up. Seeing him smile makes me forget all the things that was happening recently.

Johnny didn't came back to our house. He didn't even visit us in the hospital. I understand if he can't stand seeing me anymore, but the kids? It's so not like him going missing when his family needs him most.

What's worst is that my uncles are eager to file a case over him. Talked to them already but they just gave me an option, which likely I am not going to do. So when Jimmy is cleared, I will find a way to talk to them personally and state my case, my family's case.

Denmark told me that Johnny missed his office since the incident. Hell, I am missing my husband so very bad but it seems that he don't care. I never want to think that way but he didn't even call or even answer my calls. I am worried about him, even after all this bad things. We promised to be always there for each other, but where the hell is he?

"Hey, we're back!"

"Oh, how long you've been here?" I asked Robin.

"Moments ago. You are in deep thoughts though. The only thing I can say to you, as one of your best friends, is for you to follow your heart. It doesn't matter if things were not that good, but as long as you are happy, we're fine and about your son, a little more rest is good for him, no internal bleedings, but there is a hurt spot in his head, so avoid touching it for a while. Please, no silly games for a week for better recovery," he said not giving me a chance to interrupt.
