Kyle was out the shower, he had got dressed and was ready to go out later. They had a show tomorrow which meant they were gonna stay in a hotel tonight. But they couldn't check into the hotel until after the interview.
He went down stairs and into the main lounge, Woody, Will, Charlie and a few other members of the crew were all sitting there just chilling and talking to one another. Kyle had noticed straight away that Dan wasn't there.
'Hey Kyle, do you know where Dan is?' Charlie looked up from playing the Xbox with Woody.
'Nope, I was gonna ask you guys. I've been in the shower so.'
'Yeah well he could have been in there with you for all we know' Woody smirked as he spoke. Everyone apart from Kyle burst out to laughter.
'Ha ha shut up you twat'
Kyle sat beside Woody and pulled out his phone.
Message: Hey mate, where are you?
about two minutes later, Kyle got a notification.
Danny: I just went for a walk and now in McDonalds, want me to get you anything?
Message: Would you mind? A strawberry milkshake would be great!
Danny: Of course I wouldn't mind, i'll be back in a bit x
Message: you're the best, thanks Danny xx
About ten minutes later, Dan arrived back at the bus with a large McDonalds bag and two drinks.
'Ayyy mate where have you been?!' Woody questioned Dan as he entered the bus and then saw what he'd got in his hands. 'Oh Dan if you would have told us one of us could have gone with you!'
'Ahh it's alright, I didnt really know where I was going at first anyway but then I happened to stumble across a McDonalds and realised we don't actually have any food here so..' Dan placed the bag on the table and Woody emptied it 'I didnt know what everyone wanted but I know we all like nuggets so..' he'd brought back three boxes of 20 chicken nuggets and a bunch of different sauces.
'YES NUGGETS!' Will ran over to the little coffee table and nearly ripping one of the boxes trying to get it open. 'Thanks Dan!' he said while stuffing 3 nuggets in his mouth
'Dude, its fine but that's gross' They all laughed and then Dan took a seat opposite Kyle and Woody. 'Oh yeah, Kyle! Strwaberry Milkshake' he put the milkshake on the table and slightly pushed it in Kyle's direction.
'Thanks Danny!' Kyle smiled which made Dan's heart melt.
They all enjoyed their food chatting and joking around, Dan and Kyle sharing glances every so often. Most of the food was gone but there was still a box with a few more nuggets, that Will reached for. As he pulled the box, Kyle's Milkshake fell causing the sweet beverage to spill all over Dan's T-shirt and slightly on his jeans. There wasn't much left in it thankfully.
'Oh My God Dan I am so sorry! Shit, i'll go get some paper towls and stuff. I'm such a fucking idiot' Will quickly ran to the kitchen and came back muttering to himslef with a roll of paper towls in his hand.
'Christ Will, calm down! it's only a bit of milkshake' Dan started to laugh which caused everyone else to laugh too. 'Just clean up the mess and i'll go change.' Dan wandered off leaving Will wiping the floor and Woody the table. Everyone else just went back to chatting.
Kyle really wanted an excuse to go upstairs to Dan but he literally couldn't think of one. Will must have caught him deep in thought becuase he perked up 'Kyle, could you please go and get some spray from the kitchen so it doesn't stain the carpet?' He winked at Kyle discreetly.
Kyle agreed and got up imeadiatly knowing what Will meant. He closed the door behind him when he reached the kitchen so none one else would know he's actually going upstairs.
When he got upstairs, he knocked on the door to their bunks before entering. Dan didn't even seem shocked, he looked up at Kyle awkwardly and then back down to his suitcase, looking for more clothes, 'O-oh, hi.'
'uhh hi...I-I just thought I'd check on you just to see if..um..you know..'
'Alright...well uhh I'm fine just looking for another shirt. I thought something had happened then' he laughed awkwardly.
There was a short pause, 'Dan?' Dan turned to look at Kyle who was now standing beside him
'Yeah?'
And before Dan could even think, his lips met with Kyles. Startled, he jumped back a little.
'I-I...I'm sorry Dan...Just forget this ever happened and I'll try and forget too...I'm so sorry...' Kyle started walking backwards, he blushed furiously.
He didn't want Dan to see so her turned and went to walk away.
He got about one step away before Dan grabbed his wrist, a lot like before, and spun him around, 'Kyle...' He didn't even bother saying anything else he just leaned up and kissed him. The kiss was passionate and this time both of them were engaged. Dan wrapped his arms around his neck and Kyle had one hand on Dan's lower back and one hand running through his hair.
Kyle pulled away gasping for air. He looked down at Dan's T-shirt still covered in milkshake.
'let's get that mess off you why don't we?' Dan hesitated at first but let Kyle continue, obviously in the heat of the moment.
Kyle grabbed the hem of his shirt and slowly lifted it up over his head. That's when Dan bought them over to his bunk, forgetting about putting another shirt on for the moment.
Kyle started kissing along Dan's jaw, then down his neck. His beard tickled Dan at first...but he liked it. He made his way up to the soft spot just behind his ear and Dan started to moan in a low tone, he was almost growling which really turned Kyle on. They both craved each other.
'Kyle. ...Kyle? ...Ky!' Dan pushed Kyle's head up from his chest where he had just been making marks.
'Yeah? oh sorry!'
'It's fine' Dan started to laugh, 'I just think we need to go over some things.'
'Umm yeah of course'
'Well you know... I mean I may as well just say it now. Kyle, I really like you...'
'I really like you too'
'really?'
'Yes Dan, really. I mean I don't just make-out with people for no reason.'
Kyle pecked Dan's lips again and then sat up on the bunk pulling Dan, who was still topless, up with him.
'Listen I know this isn't really romantic but, will you be my boyfriend?'
There was a short pause as Dan was trying to make sure he wasn't dreaming.
'Yes Kyle, I would love to be your boyfriend.'
'So...we're official?
'We're official'
