'Dan can we talk about this later? We're in the middle of soundcheck.'
'You don't want to tell them do you?'
'I never said that, can we please talk
later?' They started to gain the others attention now since Dan was holding things up.
'Fine.' There was a pause. 'Kyle I thought you would have wanted to come out-'
'Dan seriously, babe. I know this is a big deal but can't you just wait until we've finished? We're about to start another song!'
Dan looked down, disappointedly. 'Alright.' He walked away before Kyle could say anything else. Soundcheck continued and ran smoothly. Except from the fact that Dan didn't look at Kyle once after what he said.
Every minute Kyle filled up with more and more guilt. Another part of him however was telling him that Dan is just overreacting and being stubborn. It really wasn't the right place to be talking about that.
'Dan. Dan. Dan! Stop walking away from me.' Kyle managed to catch up with Dan who was walking towards the green rooms and dressing rooms.
'I'm not walking away from you, I'm walking to the dressing rooms.' Dan finally spoke up when he reached his destination.
'Can we talk now at least?'
'Fine. What do you wanna talk about?' Dan sat on one of the sofas.
'Are you mad at me?'
'No'
Kyle sat across from his boyfriend.
'You are'
'I'm not'
'Don't give me that, I know you are. And I'm sorry'
'I just...I don't know. I don't know what to do, I feel like we should tell them and I want you to feel that way too but I understand if you don't.'
'Okay, I want to tell them too Dan. But we need to talk about how, and we need to book a meeting with management. Have you checked how they've been reacting about us lately?'
'No have you?'
'Nope and I think we should.' Kyle moved to sit by Dan as he pulled out his phone and got up Twitter.
He checked his mentions and it wasn't a surprise to see the usual. Even more of the usual.

'Everything just keeps getting bigger. There's literally theories about us Kyle. Someone's going to find out sooner or later and I'd rather us tell them ourselves.' Dan shifted in his seat, all of this was making him stress. He can't stop thinking about how he's lying to the fans.
'Okay, okay. How are we going to tell them then?'
'I...I don't know. We shouldn't make too big of a deal but we can't just tweet it.' They sat in silence, thinking of ideas.
'You know,' Kyle finally spoke up. 'They want the Glory music video to be gay right?'
'Yeah..'
'Well then lets make it gay.'
It took a moment before Dan realised what idea Kyle was trying to propose.
'What you mean like, we come out in the video?'
'Yeah...I guess it's a bit extra but the fans want it to be gay so.'
'Okay. We'll book an appointment with management and talk to the rest of the guys.' Dan already started thinking of things they could add to the video...This was one of the most exciting but important things they're about too go through with.
