Sadness...
I saw it in your eyes today,
But you hid your cloud with a smile.
Sadness...
Even the skies feel what you feel,
conquering the light of the sun setting.
Sadness...
Don't stay so long in his eyes
I beg you, don't make him cry.
Sadness...
And the cloud above us
I know they're meant to exist in our life.
But I want to banish that sadness
'cause it tears my heart into pieces;
I want to be the light to put a smile on your face.
So when I look into your eyes,
It's not the sadness that reflects
It's the 'me' who put up a smile on your lips and conquered your loneliness.
