Snape POV

I stood in the headmaster's office, hands folded behind my back. The rest of the teachers were standing in a semicircle around his desk, where Dumbedore himself sat.

Jackson was also there, looking like an outsider among the rest of the adult staff. Didn't seem to bother him in the least bit as he fiddled with his small pen. Out of the corner of my eye I could see Minerva staring at the pen in a mixture of wonderment, anger, and curiosity.  Dumbledore stood up, and adjusted his glasses.

"I assume you are all wondering while I called you here," He begins, pacing in front of his desk. "Well, it has become very apparent to me that you should know more about our new student, Percy." Percy waves awkwardly.

"Hey." He says.

"What else is there to know?" Flitwick questions cautiously.

Dumbledore suddenly stopped moving, and his gaze rested on Fawkes the phoenix. "More than you would think, Filius." He answers quietly. His eyes break from the cage, and land on Jackson. "Mr. Jackson, would you care to explain?" The boy shifts from foot to foot.

"Um, sure." He says. His expression breaks into a smirk, which made me slightly annoyed. He was too much like Potter. The stupid, carefree, smile, and reputation of a troublemaker. He claps his hands together, causing me to jolt out of my anger-fueled daydream.

"Basically, greek gods are real." He deadpans. "And so are monsters, titans, primordials, and," He stretches the last word long. "Demigods." The rest of the company in the room blinks a few times, including the portraits of a few former headmasters.

"Albus, how do you believe this boy?" Minerva asks. "He is obviously delusional."

Jackson waved his arms around. "Hello! Right here!" She ignored him.

"I'm afraid it is true, Minerva." I comment, stepping forward. "The boy is telling the truth." She looks appalled.

"Severus... what...?" The question hangs in the air.

Jackson's voice cuts through the silence. "You heard the guy. I'm a son of Poseidon. He's god of the seas, horses, etc. That would make me a demigod." Dumbledore smiles.

"Perseus here is quite the hero." He says. Jackson looks down, suddenly very interested in the floor.

"I-I really wouldn't say that." He whispers, voice shaking slightly.

"You have saved many lives over the years. The world is in debt to you." That only seemed to make him more uncomfortable. He starts visibly shaking.

"Well...um..." The demigod starts. "Not really."

"What did he do?" Minerva asks curiously, peering around Dumbledore to take a look at the boy. Jackson gulped.

"I-I-" He muttered. Then he collapsed onto the ground.

Percy POV

I woke up in Dumbledore's office with my head pounding mercilessly. I was still shaken up by my nightmare. Blood was seeping from the wounds that he reopened. The T on my collarbone was throbbing. His voice still echoes in my brain, his words permanently etched into my head.

Everyone you love- Anyone you ever loved. They will all suffer. And it's all your fault.

I slowly attempted to stand up, but was greeted by a stabbing pain in my left leg, and fell down once again.

"Don't try to get up." Madam Pomfrey advises. I ignore her, and stand up anyways, clutching the desk for support.

"You're bleeding." Snape states bluntly. I almost laughed.
