Your POV

Vic and I were more careful with what we did, where we went, and what we said when we weren't at home. (That's a lot of words that start with the letter W XD). Yet, we were still snapped into photos that we didn't want to be snapped in. Today is the day I get my copy of Hot Press magazine; that's where the truth is. I'm still looking out for anything that other people have said about me.

After work, a copy of Hot Press magazine was handed to me, and Vic got his copy too. We sped back to the house to read it immediately.

"Come on, come on! Hurry!" I rushed Vic up the stairs to get to our room faster. I slid onto my floor and sat next to Vic, opening the magazine to its first page (We were on the cover btw 👌🏻). First page was about the fashion, I actually read that cuz damn, there were some cute ideas.

Anyways, I read until I got to where the magazine started talking about the two newest models. Pictures and quotes from Vic's and my interview went on for four pages. Everything we talked about, what we mean by it; it was all true, not a single misinterpretation was found in the magazine. I was very pleased with the rest of the contents. My face popped up again in the makeup section. I was the one holding every product and wearing the makeup. I had my own section of the interview where I talked about the makeup too.

"Well, there's nothing wrong with the magazine...there were also no pictures of us in the food court where we heard that camera." Vic said. "But if the pictures aren't in the magazine...where are they? And what have people done with them?" I wondered.

"I don't know...but I don't think it's anything good." He sighed.

"I'm gonna look for it. Maybe-"

"(Y/n), Vic, come join everyone in the living room, we all need to have a serious talk." My mom cut me off. Vic and I looked at each other, a little concerned with what we'd be talking about; but we got up, went to the living room, and sat down on the sofa.

"(L/n) pack, are you prepared?" My dad asked.

"Um...prepared for what, boss?" Tony questioned. "Prepared for the new Queen, of course! (Y/n) is going to be queen in two months, so...prepared?" Dad walked over to Tony and peered down at him. "Y-yes, sir, I know I'm ready." Tony quivered.

"What about you, Mike? Ready?" Dad is now glaring at Mike, waiting for an answer. "Yes, sir, I've memorized the pledge and how I'm supposed to act as a member of this pack." Mike nodded.

"Pack members, you're all ready?" Dad referred to the regular members, not me.

"YES, KING (D/N), WE ARE READY." They all answered in unison.

"Vic, stand." Mom ordered. Vic stood up from beside me and waited. "Vic, the next King, I feel like you're ready, but I want (y/n) to give you a crash course on what your job is as a royal. Now, (y/n), you stand next to Vic." Dad told me. I quickly stood up straight and tall, facing forward. "(Y/n), the next Queen, I know you're ready. You know what you need to do and I know you'll do it like the devoted Princess you are to this pack. I know you won't let me down. We have two months, we're gonna start some review training next week. (Y/n), you're gonna do training and look for your wedding dress with your mother. Your mom actually has to get you and Vic into a marriage class so she can teach a crash course on that. So...everyone knows what's happening now. You may all go back to your rooms and resume whatever you were doing." Dad walked away with mom.

Vic and I went back to our room and got back on our phones. "Anyways, back to what we were doing-" I was cut off again when my phone buzzed. It's Andy...he sent an image along with a link to some website.
