Chapter 55

Perrie's P.O.V

I stared at the ceiling that night after a steamy make-out session with Zayn, (which I had requested to take my mind off the Jade problem.) I wondered why she would do it, why she wanted to make me so upset...but I just couldn't understand.

Zayn snored loudly and I hit him irritatedly and groaned, throwing the sheets of me as I began to sweat. There was a tight knot in the pit of my stomach and it made every position uncomfortable. I got up and paced the cool hallway, breathing slowly- in and out, in and out- to calm myself. All the stress from the past few weeks was wearing me down.

I waddled downstairs and sighed as I touched the cold marble flooring when I began to crave ice lollies and anything severely cold. I raked the freezer and found a fruit pastel iced lolly and moaned as I began sucking it. The cold numbed me and I rubbed my tummy as the baby bounced around happily. The dark was comforting and I continued to lick my lolly until it slowly disappeared, feeling satisfied and a lot cooler. My baby bump was forming quickly and was feeling rather firm and rounded, but it felt good not being alone all the time.

Then I thought about Jade. How lonely she must be.

I decided I would write back to her, saying how sorry I was for abandoning her...and about the baby.

Dear Jade,

I miss you so much Jade, our chats in the dark back at the POG, our stupid little fights, our plans for the future...I'm sorry I ruined them.

Zayn's great but...your like a sister to me and I think about you every day, your not alone!

Oh and...you might have heard already but...I'm having a baby? Yes, a baby, can you believe it? It's a little scary. And all of our questions can now be answered:

Yes, sex hurts.

Yes, it's scary...

But, I assure you it's all worth it.
