Ode to "Sharknado"
Watch out for the Sharknado
Or you'll get swept away
Into the thousands of angry sharks
That completely destroyed L.A.
Two brave shark-slayers reported for duty
Their names are Nova and Fin
They drove all the way to Beverly Hills
To make certain no sharks had gone in.
And, from there, they journeyed on
Rescuing Fin's ex-wife and daughter
But their quest was far from over--
More sharks they had to slaughter.
They found more members for their team
Who didn't want sharks to rule
Then, suddenly, Fin remembered something--
His son was still at flight school!
So, they reached their destination
And also reached a solution
Across the street, they found supplies
To end this shark pollution.
Powerful bombs needed be dropped
Into the swirling winds
Nova went up in a helicopter
With her was a friend of Fin's.
One and two went down, but three did not
Poor Nova would get swallowed
By the waterspout rampaging through town
And the sharks that followed.
Alas, the girl could not be saved
Not yet, at least, but wait--
Fin's friend found a way to succeed
And the sharks took the bait.
Fin though they had won the day
Until the same shark jumped from behind
And caught him in its gnashing jaws--
That shark was not very kind.
All the rest thought they had lost
Until a sign of hope:
Through the shark's side burst a buzzing chainsaw--
Had the shark killed them? Nope.
There was plenty of violence that day
For the sharks, much blood had been shed
In conclusion, don't ever leave home
Without a chainsaw--"enough said."
