Touchdown
It wasn't so much of a crash.
Sure, there was collision,
and there was impact,
but it wasn't a crash.
No, definitely not.
It landed quite smoothly:
better than what had been expected.
It was the opposite of a crash.
It was smooth, even, and free.
It was perfect.
No disaster occurred.
No chaos broke out.
It went so well,
it felt like some dream.
It felt unreal,
like reality had bent just so
that it would work that way.
And it wasn't a crash,
it was the best thing ever.
