I just want you to know I'm glad
That you were there
That you warned me
That you helped me
That you were willing
I'm glad
That I can call you friend
Even though I don't really know you
I want to, though
I want to know you
I want to be better friends
Than we are right now
Although I am quite glad
That we're even friends in the first place
I can't say I'm not thankful for that
Speaking of being thankful
Thank you
For being there
For warning me
For helping me
For being willing
And even though I still don't know you too well
I'm so blessed
To be able to call you friend
