DANIEL's POV

"Daniel, bakit?" sabi ni Kath. Hindi siya nakatingi sa akin. She's looking at the ground.

Bakit? Anung meron?

"DJ," sabi niya ulit tapos a tear fell from her eyes.

Dali-dali akong pumunta sa kanya at hinawakan siya sa shoulders pero ayaw parin niya tumingin sa akin. Kaya naman I reached for her chin and forced her to look at me at ayun siya, pulang-pula ang mata sa kakaiyak. I hate seeing her like this that's why I hugged her tightly. 

"Kathryn," bulong ko. She's shaking in my arms. 

"Kath, bakit? May masakit ba sa'yo?" tanong ko but she shooked her head.

"May nanakit ba sayo?" tanong ko. I can't stop myself from feeling angry. Who the hell did this to my Kathryn?!

Finally, she nodded.

I rubbed her back. "Sino, Kath? Tell me," I told her. Trying to control the anger. She broke away from my embrace and looked at me with those teary eys and tried to smile.

"You," she said.

"Me?" I asked again.

"Yes, you're the one causing me pain, Daniel. You're the one who's hurting me," sabi niya.

Ang sakit marinig nun galing kay Kathryn. Pero, bakit ako? What did I do wrong? Bakit ko siya nasasaktan? I don't know!!!

"Kath, why---" I said as I go near her but she backed away from me. Yung parang, natatakot siya na pag lumapit ako sa kanya eh masaktan lang siya ulit.

"Stop, DJ. Don't come near me," sabi niya habang naluluha nanaman pero she wiped it away kaagad.

I was stuck on the ground. I can't move. Ang...Ang sakit marinig ng mga salitang yun. Masakit. Bakit ganito ang nararamdaman ko?

I stood there as we looked at each others eyes. Then I asked again, "Kath, why? What did I do? Please tell me so I can apologize," I begged. I'm starting to feel like crying.

Andun lang saiya. Nakatitig sa akin. "DJ, you know very well what I'm saying. What's important now is for me to get away from you." sabi niya sa akin.

"Kathryn! Please! I've got no idea what you're telling right now! Sabihin mo sa akin para makapagexplain ako kung anu man nagawa ko!" sigaw ko.

"Shh..Dj. Don't shout." she answered calmly. "No worries. I'll leave you alone. I won't be a hindrance. Ako na ang lalayo para hindi ako makaabala sayo at hindi na ako masaktan," she added.

'Never kang naging hindrance sa akin. Kath! Never! Mahalaga ka sa akin! I dont want you to go, Kath! Please!' sabi ko and tuluyan na akong naluha.

She just smiled at me weakly, "Bye, DJ, my bestfriend," sabi niya and slowly walked away.

"KATHRYN!!!" sigaw ko.

FLASH!!!

Bigla akong napadilat sa flash. Ang bilis ng tibok ng puso ko.

Calm down, DJ! It's all just a dream! A dream. A very bad dream.
