Chapter 7

**** Two Weeks later*****

Kaylas POV

It's been two weeks since Cody and I have been together. It's been the best two weeks of my life. From going sailing, skateboarding, dinner dates etc. I couldn't be happier. I haven't seen Alli that much lately so me and her planned a sleepover at her house. When i got to her house, her mom said i could just go up to her room. I've gotten very friendly with Angie and Brad.

I knocked on her room door, she opened it and said "Hey girl c'mon in!"

"Haha thanks" I said

"So how are you, i haven't seen you in so long" i said

"I've been pretty good, and i know you spending most of your time with my brother and me with modelling and school and everything it's hard to keep up" she said

"I know, i'm glad we planned this day together" I said

"Its even better because Cody is out doing some promo for his album, but anyways first things first, what do you wanna do?" she said

"Hmmm, maybe we can go to the salon and treat ourselves to a new look, then come home order pizza, and watch a movie" I asked

"That's a great idea, i can take you to my favourite salon" Alli said

When we got to the salon, a woman probably in her mid 50's approached us. 

"Hello Alli darling" she said in some sort of accent

"Hey Meg, my friend Kayla and I, came to get our hair done, we kind of want a new look, anything you recommend?" Alli asked

"Hmm Alli, well for you, i was thinking we mak your hair a bit wavier than your usual hair and some brown lowlights, and for you miss Kayla i'm thinking layers for your brown hair, a v- cut at the bottom and some blonde highlights. Sound good?" she asked

"Sounds great!" Alli said

"I don't know if i even brought enough money for all that" i said feeling guilty

"Dont be rediculous darling, It's on the house for both of you" she said

"Oh, we can't do that, it costs way too much" i said

"Yeah, Meg i'll feel so bad after" Alli said

"Girls i insist" meg said

Alli and I both looked at eachother and nodded our heads

"Great now thats settled, i want both of you too in a chair. chop chop" she said

Before we knew it Alli and I were both in chairs, while i was getting my hair done Cody texted me

Cody: Hey babe hows the sleepover going <3

Me: Hey <3 pretty good we are getting our hair done at the salon then coming back for a movie

Cody: Sounds fun

Me: So are you excited for your new album dropping :) i know i am

Cody: Awe your so sweet <3 yes i am theres one song about you on it ;)

Me: let me guess, Angel?

Cody: Nope theres another one :P not telling you which one though

Me: No fair >.> anyways got to go they are almost done with my hair seeya babe

Cody: see you! <3

After that i closed my phone because it was glitching. Oh yeah remember when i said i had the iphone? Its actually the 3rd gen, my parents can't really afford a 4 or 5s at the moment so i got my uncles old one. Its a phone right? I'm lucky to even have one. Anyways, the hairdressers were finally done with us. Alli turned to me from the chair opposite me.

"Okay on 3 together we both look in the mirror" she said

"Okay... 1..." I said

"2...." she said

"3!" we both said. We both looked in the mirror and shreiked, I now had layers which fell to a v cut to my back, there was also some blonde highlights, here and there which looked so natural. My bangs were also swept to the side by my eyes. Alli, had wavy blonde locks, and from the bottom up had brown lowlights which also looked so natural. 

I turned to Alli and said "Let's Instagram this" 

"Yes totally" Alli said.

I took out my phone and captured a picture of the both of us and posted it on instagram with the caption "Girl day, getting a new look" @AlliSimpson

When we were done we got up and thanked Meg for everything then we decided we should head home for the movie since it was already afternoon. Once we got home Alli said "Hey Kayla, what do you want on the pizza" 

"Anything sounds good, i'll pick the movie" I said

"Okay mushrooms, bell peppers, and pineapple it is" she said with glee

i laughed and started to look through the movies. i decided upon House at the end of the street (I knew Alli would like a scary one even though i hated scary movies) and A walk to remember (to watch after the scary one). When Alli came back, she was  carring two cans of lemonade and a bowl of popcorn. 

"So what movies did you pick" she asked

"House At the End of the Street and to get our minds off of the emotional scarring it will bring us, A Walk to Remember" I said

Alli laughed and said "Good choice, lets change into our PJs then watch it" she said

We both went upstairs into separate rooms and changed, then we met back downstairs. I put on my blue poka dotted pajama pants with a grey tank top. Alli had on pink plaid sleep shorts and a long sleeve that said "Is it Friday Yet?" Alli popped in the DVD and we both sat down on the couch next to eachother with a blanket

After a series of really loud screams, hugging buddy, and more loud screams (thank god Alli's parents and Tom wern't home) we heard someone opening the front door.

"Uh, Alli when are your parents supposed to be home by" I said getting a bit scared

"Not for another hour" Alli replied equally scared

"Alli....." I said moving closer to her

"Kayla...." She said moving closer to me

Then somone turned on the light and we both screamed, and Alli fell off the couch. We looked up to see who it was, it was Cody laughing his ass off -.-

"You guys... should have..... seen your.... faces" He said in between laughs

"Its not funny, the movie was really scary" I said pouting

"Yeah man, do you really want me to bring up the time when we were watching one missed call and-" Alli started to say 

"ALLI" Cody said cutting her off

"Aw, I wanted to here the rest of Codys embarassing story" i said to Alli.

"Hey" Cody pouted

"Sorry babe?" i said in hoped he would forgive me

"Not good enough, you owe me a kiss" Cody said sitting beside, and putting his arm around me

"Aye no PDA children" Alli said

"Well then shut your eyes" I said

"Fine" Alli said shutting her eyes

I laughed and kissed Cody, which kind of turned into a longer kiss then we thought. His arms snaked around my waste and my hands was playing with his blonde hair when Brad yelled "WE'RE HOME!" making Cody and I pull away. Well that was awkward...

Hey Guys! This chapter is up a little early today because of exams. I will not be posting a chapter friday because i have to study, i may upload one on saturday if i get time. But anyway, how many exams do you guys have? Depending on how your schools work, mine is by semester. (Also there's a picture on the side of Kaylas hairstyle) Comment Below :) xx
