Capture the memories (A Cody Simpson fanfiction)

Chapter 25

Kaylas POV

My alarm rang at 7:30 AM, i chose to get up early to capture the sunrise just as it was about to peak. Also, i do my best thinking early in the morning. I got up put on my fuzzy slippers and got my camera and went on the balcony. The sky was a beautiful red with orange pigments. When i captured all the shots i needed i sat down on a chair and watched the rest of the sunrise. I started thinking, i cant lie i do still love Cody.. like a lot. But, if i say something and he doesnt feel the same way, then it could screw up everything. I also can't hurt Gigi, she's such a sweet girl. Ugh love is so complicated. I was interrupted with my thoughts when someone sat beside me.

"Hey" it was Cody

"Hey" I said

"Watching the sunrise?" Cody asked

"Yup, its amazing" I said

There was a long pause until Cody said "I need your advice on something"

"Sure whats up?" I said

"So after we spend Christmas here, Gigi asked me to go on vacation with her family, it's kind of a serious step in our relationship" Cody said

"Yeah meeting the family is pretty serious" I said

"I already met them its just now i'm spending like a long period of time with them" Cody said

"You should look at this as a positive instead of getting freaked out because, now its a chance to bond with her family and become close with them and when you do that it strenghthens your relationship with her" I said

"You know for someone younger, you sure are wise beyond your years" Cody said

"I'm only one year younger than you buddy" I said patting him on the back

Cody laughed "Thanks for the advice"

"Anytime, so what are we all doing today?" I asked

"Well Gigis flight gets in at about 11:30 so i'm going to go pick her up, but until then i guess you get to meet my friends from here because i was planning to go to the beach" Cody said

"Sounds good, well i should probably get ready" i said getting up

"Yeah same here, ill see you in a bit" Cody said as he went back to his room

I went back into the bedroom to see Alli already up

"Whats cooking good lookin" I said

"awh shucks" Alli said

"Haha imma go shower okay?" I said

"Sure ill be out here then we can go on a Beanz run" Alli said

"Sounds good?" I said

 *At starbucks*

Kaylas POV

We were in line at Beanz which i now know its like a starbucks in Austrailia when i realized we totally forgot about Cody.

"Hey Alli, do you want me to call Cody and ask him if he wants anything?" I said

"Awh caring about Cody i see and sure" Alli said winking at me

"Haha very funny" I said

I took out my phone and dialed Codys number, in no time he picked it up

"Hello?" Cody said

"Hey we are just at Beanz, do you want anything?" i asked

"Uh sure can i get a Vanilla latte?" Cody asked

"Sure, do your parents want anything?" I asked

"Hold on i'll ask" Cody said

* 2 minutes later*

"Just Coffee for them" Cody said

"Alright seeya in a few" I said

"Bye" Cody said

I told Alli their orders, in no time she got the drinks and we both split the cost and we started back to the hotel.

Cody, Alli, and I were all hanging out on the balcony with our starbucks when Codys phone rang. 

"Hello? Hey, Yup. I'm coming. Seeya. Love you too" Cody said

"Gigi?" I asked

"How'd you know?" Cody asked

"The i love you kind of gave it away" I said

"Yeah well i gotta go pick her up from the airport" Cody said

"That's cool just meet Jake, Ruby, Charlie, Josh, Kayla and I at the beach" Alli said

"Ooh i saw pictures of that Jake guy, he's kinda cute" i said

"OMG i'm so setting you guys up!" Alli squealed

"Really, your going to crush on a guy you've seen a picture of?" Cody said irritated

"Haha why do you care" I asked

"I dont i just.. ugh im going to pick up Gigi, seeya" Cody said as he got up and left

"I wonder what that was all about" I said

"Sounds like he's jelous"  Alli said

"Why he has a girlfriend" I said

"I dont know maybe he wasnt fully over you" Alli said

"He clearly moved on when Gigi just walked into the room that day" i said

Alli looked a bit nervous "Look i shouldnt be telling you this but, Cody was really depressed that you guys broke up, Gigi helped him get through that, the next thing i know is that Cody is coming home with her"

My eyes widened "That could mean...."

"He still has feelings for you" Alli finished my statement

"I cant say anything, at all, ever" I said

"Why" Alli said

"Its best for everyone" I said "C'mon lets go get ready for the beach"
