Chapter 29

*A Week before Christmas*

Kaylas POV

Will he like this? i asked Alli

"Nah" she said

"Shopping for boys is so freaking difficult" I said

We were shopping for christmas gifts today. The aussie tradition that her family has is that each person pulls a name and then the person has to get that person a meaningful gift, and get the rest of the family.. well normal gifts i guess. I pulled Codys name. Alli got Tom. So, now we are in hollister trying to find a gift for Cody. I have no idea why im freaking out so much...

*Christmas Eve*

 Usually you would think of a christmas Eve as a family sitting down, listening to Christmas Carols, drinking cider. Not at the Simpson house. While tTom went to his friends house and the adults went to a christmas party. Me, Gigi, Cody, and Alli were bored so we decided to play truth or dare. I picked dare, which was a mistake because now im about to eat Vegemite, and aussie delicacy.

"Come on Kayla" Cody said

"Yeah you pulled Dare now eat" Alli said pushing the jar of gooiness and a table spoon in front of me

"When i went to England and took a tour of the Marmite factory and literally gagged at the smell, this looks exactly like same" i said

"You pulled dare, rules are rules" Gigi said

I groaned, i dug the table spoon into the vegemite and put the spoon in my mouth

"Awh this tastes like dog crap, no offense guys" I managed to say 

Cody stepped toward me and said "Swallow" 

I swallowed

"Open" he said titled my chin back

i opened

"She's clean!" Cody exclaimed

Everyone applauded and whooped

"Well, you know i try" i said coyly

"Alright Gigi is next" i said

"Dare" she said

"Jump into the pool with clothes on" Alli said

"What she said" i said

So we all went down to the hotel pool (luckly no one was there) and Gigi took off her shoes and jumped in.

She came out soaking wet

"Come here babe" Cody said wrapping the towel around her

"Thanks" she said giving him a passionate kiss

"OHH LALA" Alli and I both cooed

"Really guys" Cody said in fake annoyance

"So what else should we do" Alli asked

"Give eachother hints on the person they got for christmas" Gigi said

Everyone agreed

Once Gigi dried off and changed we all sat around 

"Okay so since it was your idea Gigi, you go first" Alli declared

''Okay, well this person wasn't necessrily my first choice but, this person means a lot to me" Gigi said

''I'll go next'" Cody said, he took a breath "This person means so much to me, i cannot tell you how much of a future i want with this person, i hope this person has me too"
