Chapter 17

Kayla's POV

When we got home everyone was tired, sightseeing was so much fun it was so great to be with all my friends and we all had a great time. Codys doing his show right now and everyone was on the viewers balcony when i got a phone call. I went backstage to answer it.

Me: hello

Mom: Hi honey hows the tour?

Me: Hi mom, its amazing todays the second last show

Mom: Thats great, so I have to tell you something

Me: What is it?

Mom: So, we found your biological father

Me: what?! I thought he OD like 5 years ago

Mom: Apparently he did, but he went to jail and has been released, but now this whole foster thing changes. The rules are that if the parents are decesed then we get the parental rights, however your dad is not so we have to ask him for his parental rights

Me: what if he says no

Mom: .... He wont

Me: .......... okay, can we talk more about this later i have to go

Mom: but honey-

Me: bye

Okay so let me explain, the parents i have now aren't my biological parents. 7 years ago, my biological mom died which caused my dad to go insane and he put me in an adoption agency and he left. The last i heard from or about him was that he OD (over dosed) and died. So my  foster parents who are my legal parents now adopted me and i've been living with them every since, but 2 years ago they divorced and i decided to live with my mom. I guess you can say a lot has happened but i haven't told anyone.

Just then Alli came in 

"Hey girlie watcha doing?" she asked

"Uh.. just answering a phone call, its nothing" I said

"Are you okay?" she asked

"Uh yeah im fine lets.. go" I said

"Okay.." Alli said suspiciously

When we went back to the viwers balcony we watched the remainder of Codys show and for the last song, he decided to bring Gigi onstage. We all knew about it.. except for Gigi. 

"So now for that last song, i want to bring someone onstage with me" Cody said

The crowd went insane

Alli turned to Gigi and said 'Hey can you come with me to the washroom, i need to fix my makeup" 

"Sure" Gigi said

"Have fuuun" I said to Gigi

"Uhm.. Okay?" Gigi said

I glanced at Alli, and we both tried to refrain ourselves from laughing.

I then texted Cody telling him Gigi was on the way.

"So i wan't to bring out my beautiful, amazing girlfriend Gigi Hadid" Cody said

As Gigi was escorted by Codys backup dancers, the crowd went crazy

"Gigi i just want to let you know that your so amazing and beautiful inside and out and i love you" Cody said

Then he started singing "Pretty Brown Eyes" to her, she looked really happy.. As Alli came back she asked me "So why are you upset"

"Its nothing" I said

"Ha! so there is something" she said

"No, ugh nevermind dont worry about it" i said

"Kayla, please" Alli said
