Logan's POV
"ARIA!" Ele and Liz yelled.
I moved forward, and turned around.
Oh my god.. My bad...
Aria lay there in the sand, knocked unconscious. I had accidentally elbowed her reaching for the ball. Gosh I feel bad..
Meg ran over, and held my shoulder. "Hey, it's not your fault.. It's okay. I'll get a nur-"
"IS SHE OKAY?"
Mason had shoved through everyone and bent down to check on Aria.
"WHERE'S THE NURSES OFFICE?"
"Wha-"
"WHERE IS IT?"
"It's behind Cabin 4.."
And without any explanation, without any response, without anyone's consent, he picked her up, and ran for the nurses office.
"Wow.." Meg said, shocked about how serious he was taking things.
"Psh. I'd do that for you.." I said, sarcastically, but a little jealous of how sweet she found Masons actions.
"Really?" She asked. And she wrapped her arms around my neck and jumped up. Being the quick witted awesome guy I am, I put my arms up and held her. Tch. Easy peasy.
"Good job!" She said, smiling. She kissed my cheek, and I set her down.
"LOGAN." Greg shouted, ruining my manly moment.
"I'll see you later?" Meg said, giving me a quick hug.. I love her hugs..
I ran over to Greg and Ivan as Ele and Liz followed Meg back to their cabin.
"What?"
"So, you're with Meg?" Ivan said, sitting down on the nearby picnic table. I joined him on the other side of the table.
"Two months now." I said proudly. I was pretty proud. Meagan and I have been together for a while now. We have been strong together so far. We've only had little disagreements, but those were nothing.
"AAAWWWWWW CUUUTE." Greg said with a girls voice.
"I could say the same for you and Liz." I told him, raising an eyebrow. I can see that he likes her. It's pretty obvious. He's doing okay, but he could make some tweaks.
"Wha-"
"You loooooove her don't you Greg?" Ivan said, butting in.
"NO I JU-"
"No, he just extremely likes her."
"SHUT UP." Greg said, turning completely red.
Hah. Gotcha.
After a little while of stubborn silence from Greg, he finally loosened up.
"So.. She.. She is kinda pretty.." He said, slowly turning around to face us again.
"Mhmm?" I said, trying to coax him to open up a little more.
"And she's.. Really funny.." He said, uncrossing his arms.
"Oh really?" I said, in that voice adults use with babies.
"I just.. I want to talk to her.. I don't know what to say.." He said, finally coming out of his shell. I knew how to help him. I'm younger than him, but I am the wise sensei of this warrior in training.
"Dude, just say hi to her. Get on her level of humor."
"R-really..?" He said, looking, Insecure.
Strange for a 17 year old boy.
"Liz is just so-"
"I'm so what?"
There was Ele. And Meg.
And Liz.
Hearing as much as they needed to know we were talking about them.
Shoot.
