When I woke up I smelled the sweet meaty sent of bacon. I rubbed my tired eyes and opened them to realize I was not where I went to bed. I was on the couch and Lucky was on the other one.
"Lucky!" I hissed and he groaned and opened one of his blue eyes. I was caught by surprise at how vividly extremely blue they were. I frowned and rubbed my eyes again.
"We've been robbed of the bed."
He smiled and closed his eyes.
"Damn."
I sighed I got up. Everyone was awake.
Everyone. Alec sat at the bar with a plate of eggs and a fork in hand. I stared at him as he gave a slight smile towards me.
"I know right!" Isabel said acknowledging the face I made, she patted the boy on the back.
"He eats!" He rolled his eyes and turned back around beside Luke.
"Last day!" Lucky yelled as he stretched. His slim pale body shifted as his muscles tensed. Lucky's hand dropped to his sweatpants as he lightly pulled on the waistband, pulling them back onto his hips. Alec stared at the boy's sculpted body and set his plate of eggs down. He sighed and rested his head on his hand.
"What are we going to do today?" Luke grinned.
"I see your feeling better?" Marcus raised a brow. Luke shrugged. Isabel looped her arm around Marcus and kissed his cheek. Isabel's butt pushed against Alec's leg as he sat at the island unamused.
I really never noticed how attractive Alec was until I was staring directly at him. He was watching the tv where they we showing clips of football plays. Alec was slim yet his large broad shoulders evened him out. His hair was always effortlessly perfect, dark brown slightly curled locks dangled at the top of his forehead followed by shortened pieces around the sides. He had an olive tanned skin toned that explained the green eyes that hid under his gorgeous full eyebrows, the right one held a slit in it. He had slight stubble that shadowed around his cheekbones and jawline and around his perfect pink lips.
A hand tightened around my forearm and I flinched staring up at the blonde haired boy.
"What are you doing?" Lucky frowned.
"W-what?" I snapped back to reality.
"You-y-never mind. I don't want to get into it today." He shook his head.
I thought about our baby. She would have been amazing. She would have made everything better. Lucky and I would still be together. That's for certain. And even if we weren't, I'd still have her. But here I am with neither. He's leaving. She's gone.
Tears pricked at the corner of my eyes.
I sighed and stood up.
I walked to where Lucky was on the smaller couch, as I walked up to him he lifted his arm up and I crawled in beside him. My head found a place on his chest.
Tear streamed down my cheeks.
"Y'know it's not going to be the same between us."
"Carnival!" I frowned and stared at Kate as she stood up holding her phone.
"It's almost winter here, aren't carnivals in the summer not fall?" I asked.
"They actually do these a lot here." Alec shrugged quietly making Luke smile.
"Really?! Can we go?" Luke asked to the room.
An applause of yes's filled the air as Luke's smile grew.

Alec decided he could walk without crutches just on his boot. But I understand, according to everyone at school- school. I'll be back soon. I shook my head trying to clear it as we entered the carnival.
I was wearing a very carnival original look, white mid thigh summer dress, thin  straps and low enough cut to show a lot of cleave- more than I intended on showing. I wore my brown booties and threw my hair up in a high loose ponytail. And all the "natural" hot makeup I put on.
Alec smiled at me and put his hand up covering his eyes as he walked towards me laughing.
"What?" I laughed as he dropped his hand and looked up at the sky. Wow he has really long eyelashes. Dudes always have that.
"If I look down my eyes will meet you boobs and I don't know if I can handle that." He gave a childish grin and his eyes dropped to mine. My forehead pressed against his. My lips twitched with the closeness of his. And a hand grabbed onto my wrist, yanking me towards lucky. Who started to walk, unimpressed.
Alec blinked a few times and suddenly noticed what he had done. Luke dropped a hand on Alec's shoulder as the walked behind the group.
"I-i don't even know what just happened. I didn't mean to do that." Luke made a face.
"No honestly! I have no idea why I just did that. If lucky didn't grab her I would have made out with her right there!" This seemed to make luke a little mad.
"That would have been insane you know." He muttered.
"Lucky would have totally kicked your ass."
"I'm not a guy that gets his ass kicked." Alec mumbled. Luke laughed.
"Maybe before.." luke stared at Alec before catching up with everyone. Alec frowned,
"What?"
Luke ignored Alec and hopped into the roller coaster after everyone.
"I think I'll sit this one-" luke rolled his eyes and grabbed Alec's hand.
"Don't be a wimp."
Alec pulled the lever against his body. It was tight against his fragile stomach.
Fear shuddered through his bones as the roller coaster went from 0-100. The only time Alec smiled was for the picture so luke thought he was the whole time.
They went to 3 more roller coasters after that and luke forced Alec on every one. The group started to go towards a dropping one and Alec knew he couldn't ride that one. Luke frowned when Alec stopped.
"Cmon Alec! Just ride it with me!" Luke pleaded him, Alec shook his head.
"Alec?" Luke frowned and Alec just glared at him,
"What's your problem today anyway?" Luke walked up to Alec.
"Nothing." He muttered.
"Well you won't go on any of the rides with me! Why the hell did you even come?" Luke glared at Alec.
"I wish I had stayed home." Alec rolled his eyes.
"And I went on all of the rides with you!"
Alec ran away and Luke chased him. Alec slipped Into the bathroom and luke followed him in and locked the door. He kicked open stall after stall until he found Alec at the end. He sat on the toilet seat his hands in his hair and his face staring at the ground. His whole body was shaking.
"Alec what the hell?" He looked up at luke as if he just saw a ghost or Luke was a murder out to get him.
"Get away from me!" He screamed and slammed the door shut and locked it.
Luke's phone suddenly started to ring.
"Hey where are you guys?" Andrea asked worried.
"In the bathroom. Why?"
"Everyone was just worried that all. Okay. I guess call me if you can't find me after."
Luke pounded on the stall door.
"Let me in!"
"No." He cried. Fuck! Luke though,
now He made him cry. Luke cringed a little as He crawled under the door.
There he was. He had his legs pulled up to his chest, his hair was all messy and tear streamed down his rosy cheeks. His whole body shook. He looked like a total mess and Luke couldn't have been more in love. Luke pulled him up and held him tightly. After hesitation Alec rested his chin on Luke's shoulder and his head against his. His arms wrapped around luke and he slowly calmed down. They must have been there for at least half an hour because then people started to knock on the door. Alec didn't look like he was having a panic attack anymore and Luke didn't look like He was creating that panic attack anymore.
Luke unlocked the door and flocks of men came in.
"What the hell man?"
"I thought I was supposed to lock that one too if I was taking a shit." He shrugged making Alec chuckle.
They walked out and around for awhile until the two boys found the group sitting on the ground and eating supper.
"Do you guys want any?" Lucky asked he glanced at an Andrea who looked so pretty today. She always looks pretty.
He grabbed her hand, making her flinch. She gave him a reassuring smile.
"Want to go on the Ferris wheel with me?" Lucky gave a boyish grin making Andrea blush.
"Definitely."

Lucky pulled me up and we ran like children to the Ferris Wheel. He paid for our ticket and he hopped on.
He held my hand as he slowly started to go up.
The ride to the top was quiet. He stared at me as I watched the darkening sky. As we reached the top, the wheel stopped.
Lucky let out a breath.
"Two thousand seven hundred and eighty nine miles." He stared at me.
"W-what?" I frowned a little.
"That's how far it is from New York to Los Angeles. Not that far ya see?" He rubbed his thumb across my hand.
And know one can really tell you the spark that happened when Lucky blue smith fell onto the other side of the carriage, just hovering above Andrea as the box swung back and forth. He smashed his lips against hers. They acted like swans in the middle of their glass water midnight dance, but inside? They felt blind of emotion and suddenly being able to see.
The ride started to move again and the ride kept going.
"I love you." Lucky whispered, his lips against my cheek.
"And I'm going to miss you so much." Tears formed in my eyes.
"Jesus Christ lucky." I wiped my tears as he sat back on his side.
"If I had known you were going to tell me like that I would have worn water proof mascara." I muttered making his chuckle.
I stared at him for a long second.
"I don't want you to leave."
"Well you know what they say," he smiled sadly,
"If you love something set of free, if it loves you it will come back."
Tears formed in my eyes again.
"That's the worst part."
"What?"
"You won't come back." I sighed and smiled.
"I will I swea-" my finger brushed against his soft lips.
"Don't make empty promises."
His blue ocean eyes were glossy as he held my hands.
"I'm going to miss my baby girl."
